I had a really pleasant stay at Harsha Feen Eco Hotel. The property is clean, green, and beautifully maintained, which instantly gives you a calm and refreshing vibe. It’s also very convenient to reach, just a minute from the main road and easy to locate. The pool deserves a special mention, it was sparkling clean and well-kept, perfect for a relaxing swim. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym, which is a great bonus if you like to keep up with your fitness routine while traveling. The breakfast spread was really good with plenty of variety and the lunch and dinner options were equally good although the service could be little faster. What makes the stay truly memorable, though, is the staff. They are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. For instance, when my car battery unexpectedly drained one morning, they stepped in and sorted it out swiftly, such prompt and thoughtful assistance really stands out. Overall, Harsha Feen Eco Hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, good facilities, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area! Hospitality and staff professionalism - par excellence. Our interaction with Gen Manager, Manager, Reception staff(Priya), Chef, catering staff, House keeping officials was pleasant and amiable. Gen Manager facilitated and ensured that auspicious Akshay Tritiya puja was performed (including Cow puja) to our spiritual fulfillment and contentment. He is a very polite and soft spoken personality with abundant knowledge. Other Managers (Mahesh, Ajay and others) were very helpful and organised yummy cake for our Anniversary celebration at short notice. Chef ensured food provided to us met all the special requirements as per our instructions. Food was delicious, sumptuous and mouth watering. Hospitality staff and catering staff did their best and made our stay comfortable filled with joy. The property ushered in freshness and lovable ambience. Well maintained, neat clean and tidy.Climatic conditions at Shimoga is clement, mild and agreeable. Drive from Bangalore to Shimoga (and back) was scenic, enjoyable and delightful. We would like to visit this property again in future at the opportune time and period. Certainly, would recommend friends and family members to spend time here to make their stay memorable and lovable. Thank you 'Harsha The Fern' for beautiful and amazing stay.

Extremely disappointing experience. The hospitality at this hotel is completely lacking—no one called to confirm my arrival, and the front desk staff seemed clueless about basic procedures. The breakfast buffet pricing is misleading: the official website shows one rate, but the charges at the hotel are different. Even the manager was unhelpful and dismissive, speaking as if the issue was his personal burden rather than a guest concern. Overall, a very frustrating stay and highly unprofessional service. I stayed in the Premium Room at Harsha The Fern, Shivamogga, and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, neat, and equipped with all the modern comforts I needed for a relaxed stay. Housekeeping was attentive, and the staff was polite, helpful, and always available when needed. The property also has other room categories like Suite and Winter Green Twin Bed, which makes it a great choice for both families and business travelers. Food at the restaurant was very good, with a variety of dishes and a satisfying breakfast spread. The location is convenient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming. This is one of the best places to stay in Shivamogga. I would definitely recommend Harsha The Fern for anyone visiting the city

Everything from breakfast to room to service and hospitality was awesome. in a small town, like Shimoga, the services were exceptional, and the prices were affordable. The breakfast was a high-quality services were fast and reliable, and had everything you can expect from us stay.
