Il nostro soggiorno presso l'Oberoi Cecil a Shimla non è stato molto strano. L'hotel combina perfettamente l'eleganza coloniale con il lusso moderno, creando un'atmosfera confortevole e accogliente. L'intera squadra Cecil era eccezionalmente cortese, gentile e professionale, andando costantemente sopra e oltre per assicurare che ogni dettaglio del nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. La loro attenzione ai dettagli e ai servizi personalizzati ci ha fatto sentire veramente preoccupati, affrontando ogni nostra necessità con calore e efficienza. La stanza era ben progettata, mescolando la sofisticazione con una vista del Valle. Il pranzo è stato un piacere, offrendo un equilibrio perfetto di sapori locali e internazionali. I nostri figli hanno avuto un tempo fantastico nel centro d'attività, rimanendo impegnati e divertiti durante tutta la nostra visita. Situato in una posizione tranquilla e scenica, l'atmosfera dell'hotel ha fornito un'esperienza inoltrabile. Ci siamo lasciati sentire completamente rinfrescati, profondamente impressionati dal servizio impeccabile e dal lussuoso comfort per cui l'Oberoi Cecil è famoso. Grazie al team Cecil! Non possiamo aspettare di tornare l'anno prossimo.. !!

Visited Shimla for the first time this year and what a delightful experience it was largely because of this beautiful hotel. The location of the property is about 2500mt above sea level and exceptionally well maintained. Our room overlooked the forest and it was indeed a sight to behold. After a long drive we arrived exhausted at around 7:30pm. We were given the warmest welcome and the most delicious hot apple drink I’ve ever tasted. The front of house staff were absolutely so polite and always willing to assist. The rooms were always cleaned on time and left sparkling every day. One day we ordered room service and it was so well presented sent through in its own warmer oven which we sincerely appreciated since we only finished the meal about 2 hours later. The food at the restaurant is nothing short of spectacular and the outside mountain views are unmatched. I also visited the spa which I would rate a 10/10. The inside heated pool and outside infinity pool are beautiful and certainly deserves a mention. I could go on and on about our wonderful experience at this hotel but words can not do it justice. This is a hotel that truly values its guests and goes above and beyond for them. This was proven when I left behind a novel in our room and called the hotel with the request for them to courier it to our next stop in another city. I didn’t really expect to receive the book but was so grateful when I did at my next hotel. Also a special mention to the four gentlemen that saw us off upon our early morning departure on 19 November. What a lovely gesture that they had arranged a little food and coffee station for us at the front of the hotel. This was truly appreciated and further emphasised the genuine level of care they have for their guests. Having stayed at some of the best hotels in several different countries(including others in the Oberoi chain), this has by far been the best one to date. I only give credit where it is due and I can honestly say I have never seen attention to detail like that we experienced at the Wildflower. Would recommend it 10/10.

Staying at Taj Theog was one of the best experiences I've had! From the moment I booked, their team was incredibilly attentive, addressing all my concerns about reaching the resort since it's located high up in the hills. Mi hanno guidato perfettamente nel momento migliore per viaggiare! Ritiv Chauhan, che ha risposto con pazienza a tutte le nostre domande e ci ha assicurato di sentirci completamente a casa. Il performance della banda in diretta ha aggiunto un fascino alla nostra serata. Le viste stupende dalla proprietà, combinate con l'atmosfera calda, rendono questo posto davvero speciale. Molto consiglia la sala balcone con vista sulla montagna ... Molto consiglio a chiunque visita Himachal. Non perdere!

Absolutely outstanding resort perfectly located, just perfect for that serene, close to nature break we needed... Unwind with refreshing laps in the crystal-clear swimming pool.rRefresh yourself with a leisurely walk in the lush green garden. delight your senses with lip-smacking dishes at the in-house restaurant. Great food, superb views from room as well as the lawn, friendly and humble staff.. this place has got very good vibes, so serene and calm almost like meditative feeling... we totally loved our stay, the bonfire with an awesome view. But it will be best in summer if have the yoga session in the lawn.. Anyone who loves hills and nature and wants to be away from the chaos and fast city life, Flag House Resort is a must visit place!!

The room was small but enough for couples. Breakfast was good especially ch-ole bhature. Doors were good but very less light in the rooms we stayed. Washroom was hygienic but toilet paper was not provided. Cigerate packets were not left out uncleaned and room was had a smell of cigarettes which was bit uncomfortable for us. Even bed sheets were having the smell of cigarettes. Heaters and kettles were not provided but hot drinking water was provided.
