I was disappointed with the whole experience.
To reach the hotel, we had to navigate a long, poorly lit, and narrow road that felt extremely unsafe at night. It was a nerve-wracking journey each time we went out and came back – not at all the relaxing or convenient access you’d expect for a hotel.
First, the room was far from what I expected based on the photos. It was small and had an unpleasant musty smell. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the sheets had noticeable stains. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the corners of the shower,the soap and shampoo pumps were not in working condition and the towels looked worn and brown in colour (they were white towels)
Dining experience wasn't great at all either as the options were limited.
Overall, between the terrifying access road and the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's our first time in shimla it's it's really oswam we stayed at regenta place shimla it's really very wonderful stay we enjoyed a lot the location and view from hotel is fantastic 😍 the staff is very helpful special front office team all are very courteous Special thanks to ms. Neelam and Jyoti they made our stay.

Good experience with property and staff as with ms Neelam and ms Jyoti every one is very helpful and always there for assistance we enjoyed our stay a lot view from rooms are very beautiful 😍 rooms are neet and clean hemat from house keeping is very prompt I recommend this property to everyone

Service is good the servers also doing well but tv channels full and full north only no Tamil channels more that only issue otherwise ambiance, foods arrangements, room cleaning are good but serving only some delay, nice place to visit in shimla

Extremely good service by the staff and warm hospitality. Beautiful property and an awesome view of the whole of Shimla. Want to thank Mr. Narayan , Ms Jyothi and all the staff for making my family's stay a great one. My any next visit to Shimla will definitely be at this place only. Kudos

Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the efficient and organized front office staff. They were friendly and welcoming, making the entire process seamless.
