Hotel and room was good but bed sheet and quilt were not cleaned and bulb in bathroom was not working but except these other facilities were good. Good staff and quick responses. Quality of food must improve in dinner and breakfast. Gulmarg is brand and need to keep this brand high. Food must not show like road side food. Need improvement in food.

Rate of rooms are affordable to everyone. Near to mall road, church etc. Staff is available 24 hrs. Convenient property

The room was ok and had a geyser in the bathroom which is much needed for the location. But the location is not easily accessible if you are going in a car.

Felxi check in is great. Room is also good as per my requirement. I will suggest makemytrip to all my friends and family members for hotel booking.

The worst experience ever. Dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, stained walls and very few lights in the room

Only good thing about this hotel is that it is on walking distance to the mall and has its own parking. Food is super expensive. Rooms were clean but blanket and towels were not so clean or new.

Location of this Property is their biggest USPs... They are Located just 2 minutes from Mall Road and You can Reach Local Bus Stand or Railway Station in less than 5 minutes... Service offered is also Good... Gulmarg Regency is one of the Oldest Properties in Shimla... One thing I will Suggest is that they need to Upgrade their Rooms and Facilities as this Property is Pretty Old now...

It was wonderful, mainly they’ve their own parking place. Mainly parking is difficult in shimla. It is on the mall road so everything is easily discover-able from this hotel.
