Good, cheap and best hotel all essential goods are nearby mall road is also near by this hotel.

Good hospitality and proximity to mall road. The rooms are also spacious and good. The only thing i would recommend is better blankets.

Very rude behaviour of staff. Not at all approachable. Being as a tourist should get the welcomed but nothing like that. Seems if you guys have paid for the hotel already then nobody cares about service. Aside basic amenities missing. In normal hotel hot water kettle is being provided and being a cold destination it's not provided also while asking for blower or heater it's chargeable. At such location this shouldn't be chargeable. I suggest not to book this hotel and if anyone booking then must not do the payment in advance which will impact the service.

Hotel were good but some people drunk people on hotel don't behave decent. Couple think twice before booking

The hotel room was quite big and spacious, ***** with the room's ambience it was a great stay overall. I have a complaint only against the cleanliness of the blanket given to us. Other than that every other thing was perfect. The staffs' hospitality, the service, running water in the taps both cold and hot and other facilities of rental and booking of taxis, car and scooty were amazing. Most importantly located in a very good place with all the attractions and sites nearby.

Room service was very good and hotel facility also was good. I love to stay in hotel gulmarg when ever i will visit shimla again, it's convenient to stay in shimla and its situated near mall road, so it makes easy to visit mall road, jhakhu temple and local shimla market.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner

I visited with my beloved and i had a great experience in gulmarg hotel. The hotel is at great location near to mall road and there is ample space to park your vehicle. The staff of the hotel was very polite and the services of the hotel is also fantastic. Food provided was excellent. A must visit to gulmarg hotel if you’re planning to shimla.
