This was our second visit to the property, coming after 5 years. But the property hasn't lost its charm, but exudes more comfort and blissful stay for the guests. The ambience is charming, staff well mannered and always smiling and eager to help. Inspite of initial hiccups after check in, we as a family enjoyed our stay of 3 nights there. The food quality was excellent and the staff and chef catered to our demand. The activity area is also well maintained by the staff. Special thanks to Mr Bhandari at restaurant and his team including Ms Neeraj, Ms Simmi and Mr Sayak for looking after us. Mr Budhi at Housekeeping was also available for any need.

Location of the property is mesmerizing & staff services are impeccable.. Ms Pooja at the reservation & Ms Lalita ***** with Ms Gungun are very helpful,polite & take utmost care of the guests . Over all a very wonderful & memorable experience.

Starting from arrival to departure staff took care of all aspects of our stay. This was our first trip post wedding especially with both families together and it was truly a memorable. At arrival, Rohan, Anil and Sachin were very helpful. Our rooms were for sure very beautiful with fantastic views of Himalayas. Especially from 504 we were able to see beautiful sun rise. Cherry on the cake was sunday evening dinner. Mr Ashok and team specially decorated our dinner table with very personalized service. The catering team also prepared a cake for me and my wife on our check out to make our departure even more memorable. In short, entire stay was up to the mark and beyond expectations!

Our Taj journey has taken us from Delhi to Mumbai, Kochi, Varanasi, Haridwaar, Rishikesh, Theog and counting! Our stay at Taj Theog was a special occasion as we wanted to celebrate our Deepawali away from the polluted confinements of Delhi and boy we did! Right from the location to the dedicated charming hospitality, to the amenities and luxury, we were royally spoiled to the core! Our “planned” trip of 2 nights went beyond a week!! We never wanted it to end. A hotel is just a structure of bricks and mortar but what makes it iconic is the dedicated workforce behind it. From the discreet security force to the ever smiling warm reception team, the silent housekeeping to the vibrant restaurant staff, every single one of them makes every stay a remembrance! We long for our next visit at Taj Theog and can’t wait to cherish the warmth of the entire team to let us spoil ourselves yet again! Forever in our hearts, Ayush, Ritika, Dina, Preeti, Ashok Ji, Deepak Ji, Neeraj, Simi, Vishal, Judith, Avinash, Pradeep Ji, Anil ji, Harman, Ankit & SHINTU the CAT!! Many thanks and best wishes to everyone who made our stay spectacular and memorable! A very special mention for Ayush in Tragopan. He was a major reason for us having a spectacular stay! Visited Taj Theog for my birthday celebration. It was a picture-perfect stay. Let me start from the beginning. We were welcomed by Mr. Sachin, he explained everything about the property and gave us a quick tour and such a sweet and warm welcome. Also, I would like to mention Mr Ankit, from the front desk always helped us with all the information by constantly checking in just to make sure that everything was fine. Our dine-in experience! 5 stars will be underrated for this. Top class service, starting with Bhandari and team, Neeraj ( she would give us all the best recommendations in terms of food but also for a local outing), Avinash, Deepak, Sachin, Vishal, Preeti, Dina ( she was wishing my birthday whenever we met which I felt was very sweet of her ) They all made sure that I felt special during my birthday dinner. Cake cutting and whatnot. Food - extraordinary food experience. Would like to thank Shahrukh Khan, Nishant, Prateek and Aman for Himachali Thali, the delicious breakfast buffet, and great western food as well. And lastly, the all housekeeping staff and swimming staff ( sorry I couldn’t catch their name) big thank you to them as well for providing all the services with a big smile. Big big big thank you to all of you. Thank you for making my birthday special. I'm for sure coming back but this time for snow experience Taj at its best Taj Theog you were beautiful and the best in terms of service :)

Made a last minute plan and next morning we were on our way to Taj theog from Chandigarh, around 5 hrs of driving to reach the place, but tiredness vanished away as soon we checked in, Lalita at front desk assisted in our check in and sat with us after offering us welcome drinks and traditional himachali welcome, Rooms and property are exactly what is advertised, nothing more, nothing less.. The best part is the dedicated hospitality team that is running the hotel, I would say the team is 70% of the experience and rest 30% is the views, The F&B team is amazingly led, always greeting with a smile and addressing ur needs and allergies if any, last month only I stayed at Taj gurugram and even with Thai pavilion and other fancy restaurants it had, taj theog outdid them by huge margin, we asked Taneesha at F&B about the background music we could hear from the nearby town, and she stood and explained us the whole culture standing for like 30 minutes and answered our all curious questions with patience and without a complain. Will definitely visit again.. memories were made and bills were paid

Staff from the word go was exceptionally hospitable.. scenic and serene property.. Food was lil disappointing.. except himachalli food (pretty much that's what kept us alive).. Pool wasn't operational that was complete bummer.. we should been told upfront at the time of booking or upon arrival, rather false commitments were made.. which was not expected.. But nevertheless hospitality is top notch..

We, a family of three chosen to stay at this scenic property of Theog to celebrate our special month, October. Taj staff as usual left no stone unturned to pamper us. We enjoyed so much that we didn't step out of the hotel for our entire trip of 2 days. Food was a delight, specially the local cuisines. All in all, a memorable trip.
