M Crown Hotel

Hotel Centre Point

"The entire experience was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially due to the pathetic communication, lack of coordination, and poor customer handling by the restaurant manager, Mr. Biren Joshi. There was continuous miscommunication from the management side, which resulted in unnecessary inconvenience, frustration, and complete dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect basic professionalism, hospitality, and accountability from a reputed establishment like Centre Point. Unfortunately, the behavior and service standards displayed during my visit were far below expectations. Instead of resolving concerns responsibly, the situation was handled casually, leaving a very negative impression. Food is overpriced as also service is terrible This experience has not only ruined the visit but also significantly impacted my trust in Centre point establishment. Think twice before booking this hotel. We have stayed in other hotels like Poinshuk and others those are far better"

Hotel Barbareek
