**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Cassie Yang and the rest of the staff made this hotel stay really great. Quality service and pleasant hotel stay. Room is clean, spacious and has everything you are looking for, but the staff is what makes the difference.

酒店整體都挺好的，上次提的空調問題也已經修好了，很重視客人提出的意見，早餐也很好吃，自助形式的，種類也挺齊全，開餐時間也很人性化，週末可以到11點，晚上餐廳還有免費的粥和小菜，很貼心 有機會的話還會入住的，酒店的交通也挺便利的，挨着東二環，還有就是亞朵的床品也還是一如既往的舒適。

Really nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you. The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one. If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address. No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

Questo hotel è molto semplice, il parcheggio è molto grande, il parcheggio è molto conveniente, la sala della ricetta è anche molto alta, la stanza è pulita, gli oggetti sono completi, il bagno è secco separato, l'ambiente generale è buono, l'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è buono, vale la pena raccomandare di rimanere e tornare la prossima volta!

深夜自助粥到:亞朵的自助粥真的太懂食客了！粥品選擇超豐富，鹹甜都有，白粥、小米粥熬得軟糯入味，雜糧粥料足濃稠，每一口都綿密暖胃。 配料台也很貼心，鹹菜、腐乳、堅果、果乾等小料齊全，能自由搭配出專屬口味。而且食材新鮮，補餐及時，全程都能喝到熱乎的。

這次入住的經歷，讓我真切感受到了亞朵酒店服務的温度與驚喜。帶兩個孩子出門玩，兒子還鬧起了急性腸胃炎上吐下瀉，多虧了酒店的工作人員，辦理入住時看到我焦急的表情，立刻關心我，聽到事情緣由後將我的行李接過去將我們送到了房間，此時兒子又開始難受鬧騰，我想帶兒子去醫院又放心不下女兒，沒想到旋兒立刻找來酒店的貝遙，貝遙和今昭陪同我去醫院，旋兒在酒店照顧女兒，看着她們跑來跑去的幫我拿化驗單、幫我排隊陪着我給孩子輸液，真的很感動！輸液後晚上從醫院回來，看到旋兒帶着女兒在竹居讀繪本，還煮了餛飩給我女兒吃，真的將我的孩子照顧得很好，回到房間發現客房的值班大姐，為了方便我晚上照顧孩子，將我們原本的雙床房併成了大床，還在床上鋪了一次性護理墊，床頭放了盆和熱毛巾，怕後半夜孩子還會上吐下瀉，剛到房間看到還給我送來了熱的深夜粥，我看到這些真的很難控制住眼淚，他們全程很熱心，還反覆叮囑”有需要隨時叫我們，非常推薦這家酒店，以後我就是亞朵忠實的粉絲了！
