[2nd review since I booked 2 rooms]
Location is within 7-10 minute walk from the main Shijiazhuang Railway station! Also can be accessed (about 5 min away) from Xisanjiao metro station.
Both rooms were clean and spacious. However, the traffic in Shijiazhuang can be quite loud, and though we were on the highest (11th) floor, we could still hear the honks etc from where we were. It was less noisy by the time I went to bed, so that was fine.
Still, an enjoyable stay and will definitely consider all other Ji Hotels when I am in China.

本來不想評價的，但是，既然攜程app邀請，就親身感受實事求是表述一下：
1. 從入店辦理入住開始就感覺不好：前台見客人進來既不熱情更不專業，連基本的歡迎和問好都不會，也許莊裡的就這樣吧。
2.兩個人入住，方便客人，應該給兩張門卡吧，結果不問客人就自以為是的給一張，當提出給兩張門卡時，還要第二個人的電話。。。才行，嫌煩就不要了，結果後來真的麻煩了，看下面。
3.大堂是酒店門面，有了上面服務的感受，進入房間後仔細檢查一下設施和衞生，感受是，不咋地：
首先，空調其實是騙人的，晚上19：00到酒店，當時石家莊温度也就7、8度的樣子，風大很冷，房間温度顯示是17度，打開空調暖風，吹出來的竟然是冷風（熱空調是關閉的），這充其量也就是冷風扇吧，你丫酒店宣傳寫的是空調啊，倒是關掉“空調”，兩個客人體温加熱房間，第二天早上五點，房間温度提高到22度。
其次，淋浴和熱水，不知道是石家莊地球引力不足還是老闆得了腎結石，頭頂上的花灑滴滴答答的水流很小，而且，一如既往的不熱，本想房間冷，洗熱一些暖和一下，結果。。。。。。更冷，好在帶了暖貼，畢竟到了全世界最大的莊子了嘛，入鄉隨俗。
三是，定了必勝客，送到前台快遞跑了，打電話問説是前台安排機器人送上來，等很久也沒有房間電話，開門一看，機器人在門口，一看屏幕，要輸入手機號後四位，結果是本人手機，老婆手機都試了幾次，錯誤，不開門。沒辦法，酒店電話撥前台，撥通沒人接，連撥三次，同樣。這時候喜劇發生了，機器人轉身走了，我一看沒辦法，衹好跟着下去，擔心上不來，衹好拔掉門卡，老婆自己摸黑躲房間裏。
四是，下來後竟然兩女一男在前天嘮的很投入，難怪聽不到我的電話。説明瞭機器人的問題，一小姐習以為常的説是可能快遞員搞錯了（後來電話快遞員，他説是按小姐指導做的），最後小姐操作取出來了。整個過程沒有任何道歉，還説不用下來，打電話給前台就行，告訴她沒人接電話，讓我上去再撥試試，唉，莊裡的土丫頭，少教啊😯
五是，第二天早上退房，走出電梯，大堂基本關燈，幾顆鬼火夜燈，我大喊退房，昏暗裡角落站起一個大哥，片刻，前台櫃枱下朦朧一團黑影，一小姐身穿黑色羽絨服，帽子都扣上啦，我問她，你冷嗎？她説太冷啦。心裏此時一點欣慰，看來酒店把客人和員工同樣對待，當成自家人，莊裡人實在。
至於酒店毛巾，浴巾，水杯，茶具。。。。。。，不敢用，將就一下趕緊離開。不包早餐360的價格已經趕超了我一路走來的希爾頓歡朋（含2*80的早餐），設施特別是服務。。。。。。天地差距啊。
全季酒店第一次體驗，也是最後一次。

房間非常大，可以智能投屏，面對廣場視野很開闊，窗簾遮光，床品也比較舒服。距離火車站很近，步行10分鐘。美中不足隔音稍微有些差。

前台小姐姐服務很好，非常貼心，酒店距離火車站非常近，早點也不錯。距離地鐵站也很近，去哪都很方便，酒店環境衞生也不錯。

前台服務態度很好，辦理入住十分高效，整個酒店設施非常齊全，不管是酒店大堂還是房間內部，環境都很好，非常滿意的一次出行體驗。

一個很新很棒的酒店，在石家莊西三教地鐵站不遠處，從D出口走超進，衛生也很棒，大廳有自助式的咖啡機，房間內提供茶包與梅糖，整間飯店有茶葉的香氣，令人舒暢快活。飯店最好的是房間坪數大，衛浴廁所與床是有隔間的喔！
