L'hotel è una sezione 2-floor di una struttura molto più grande. La stanza che ho soggiornato era pulita con decorazioni luminose e un tetto a valle che mi rendeva confortevole e rilassato. Il letto re-dimensionale era fermo e conforme per il mio schiena. Le camere e le strutture dell'hotel non sono stravagante ma pratiche, mi fa sentire a casa. Il colazione serve piatti freddi e caldi, molto più selezione di quelle che si trovano in una tipica suite Marriot Residence/Springhill. Il servizio era grande e hanno provato a soddisfare le mie esigenze, anche quando sono arrivato tardi.

Dopo un commento, devo dire che l'hotel è davvero molto bello, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, e non è troppo stupendo guardare il film al lato della bambina!La posizione dell'hotel è anche un posto ideale, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, c'è un grande supermercato commerciale che può comprare cibo e oggetti. L'unico colazione alberghiera che mi sembra cattiva, il ristorante è molto freddo. Ho visto due dipendenti, la caffetteria non è molto selettiva e la qualità dei piatti è anche generale.Voglio bere un caffè e non beverlo.Spero che il colazione migliori

UUtente ospiteMolto bello! La decorazione era classica. Le camere erano molto pulite e tutti nell'hotel erano molto amichevoli. Il letto era molto più comodo di molti hotel cinesi che ho soggiornato in. Mi piace anche che riempiano il buffet per tutto il tempo di funzionamento, quindi non si lasciano con le crosta se non arrivate subito. Hanno qualcuno sul sito che farà fresche noodles o wonton per voi.
L'hotel non è molto vicino a nessuna attrazione, ma è a pochi passi da una stazione di metropolitana, quindi è molto facile fare cose come andare al museo provinciale. Sono anche buoni ristoranti vicino. Sono andato al ristorante di Hotpot Happy Lamb, che è vicino all'intersezione a ovest dell'hotel, e sono stati molto amichevoli e utili anche se volevo una tavola per uno.
Se mi potesse migliorare qualcosa, farei un segnale più chiaro per spiegare come arrivare al lobby. (È al quinto piano dell'edificio.) Non era chiaramente spiegato in cinese o inglese, quindi una coppia locale e io ero preoccupato che fossimo andati all'indirizzo sbagliato.
Non si parlava inglese quando sono andato lì, e le donne del desk mi hanno detto che ero il primo cliente straniero che avrebbero avuto in tre anni. Tuttavia, erano molto amichevoli e utili. Se sei straniero, potresti dover imparare alcune frasi semplici in cinese per comunicare con loro o avere un programma di traduzione che puoi usare.

The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

Aac88The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request.
Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel.
The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

NNicDOverall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.
