Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto complete, e soprattutto il coefficiente di sicurezza è più alto. Questo dovrebbe essere il biglietto più importante per tutti comprare un gruppo di bar. Sono più generosi di un consumatore diretto nel negozio, e mi sento come se le cose valessero molto! E'una grande esperienza. Fortunatamente ho prenotato una riunione online in anticipo. Altrimenti, molte persone nel fine settimana. Non mi costringo a aspettare così tanto. E' davvero un buon ambiente molto buono, molto eccezionale, consiglio di fare foto con le sorelle!

SShiguang&mixiang一直以來，我都習慣過陰曆生日，今年也不例外？和男朋友計劃了一場説走就走的旅行，目的地選擇了歷史悠久的石家莊。出發前，我在網上瀏覽了許久，最終選擇了一家評分很高的酒店。
抵達酒店時，已是傍晚時分。前台小姐姐熱情周到，很快為我們辦理好了入住手續。走進房間，映入眼簾的是一幅温馨的畫面：桌子上擺放着“生日快樂”的字樣，還擺放着精緻的點心和新鮮的水果，還有一張手寫的生日賀卡，字裡行間充滿了温暖和祝福。非常感謝客房小姐姐的祝福。
我驚喜萬分，連忙詢問男朋友是不是他提前安排的。他笑着搖搖頭，説這是酒店的驚喜。原來，在辦理入住時，前台小姐姐細心地發現我的身份證上顯示今天是我的生日，便悄悄為我準備了這份驚喜。
這份意料之外的生日禮物，讓我感受到了酒店對客人的用心和關懷。不僅僅是房間的佈置，更體現在細節之處。
他們酒店的配合度真的很高，住過這麼多家酒店，他們的響應速度很快，對客人的關心和關愛，細緻很到位。
離開酒店時，前台小姐姐熱情地和我們道別，並歡迎我們下次再來。我由衷地感謝酒店為我準備的生日驚喜，也感謝所有工作人員的細心服務。這次石家莊之旅，不僅讓我度過了一個難忘的生日，更讓我感受到了這座城市的温暖和熱情。

UUtente ospiteReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

SShaniceCQuesto hotel è il più bello di Shijiazhuang. Il paesaggio è bellissimo e l'interno è molto estetico. La camera è molto spaziosa con tetti alti ed è estremamente bella. La stanza era pulita e ci è piaciuto il bagno. C'è anche un grande balcone, ma perché è tempo invernale non ci è stato fatto piacere.
La sala da letto è grande per un hotel e non per parlare di pulizia.Ha tutte le attrezzature essenziali per un grande allenamento.
L'hotel ha annunciato di avere colazione occidentale e cinese come straniero, ma la selezione occidentale è bastata per la bacon e alcuni tipi di pane (croissant, danese, ecc.). Il colazione era anche estremamente freddo per i 5 giorni che abbiamo avuto. Inoltre, durante il nostro soggiorno c'era solo un ristorante (a la carte) aperto, quindi abbiamo dovuto trovare il nostro pranzo e cena fuori dall'hotel. Questo è stato estremamente difficile, poiché non ci sono molte opzioni alimentari in questo settore. Questo è l'unica cosa che non ci piaceva.

凯凯莉菜亹平I booked in just after 9pm after getting off the fast train. My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

KKirstie&CoIl personale è gentile e parla abbastanza inglese per aiutare. Anche se hanno chiesto informazioni che non erano richieste da nessun altro hotel in cui sia mai stato in Cina e le ho trovate inappropriate.
Le camere sono belle e pulite, ma iniziano a sembrare un po 'datate e hanno bisogno di una rinfrescata (nuovi asciugacapelli ecc.). Il bagno era di buone dimensioni ma il drenaggio era lento in tutti gli impianti idraulici. Potrei riconsiderare e scegliere un'altra filiale per la mia prossima visita poiché altri erano più economici. La posizione è buona, il centro commerciale al piano di sotto è molto tranquillo, anche se ha buoni ristoranti a pochi minuti di distanza e il supermercato al piano di sotto è abbastanza comodo.

EExplore-15The hotel is very conveniently located, super close to the subway station and easy to reach from the train station. There are lots of facilities available at the hotel at different prices: kids playground and sauna’s, swimming pool, spa, massages etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families that want to have a relaxing trip.

Non abbiamo chiesto la pulizia la seconda notte. Ho pensato che non sarebbe stato un problema se non fosse stato troppo sporco. Ma non me lo aspettavo prima di partire, ho chiesto alla reception una bottiglia d'acqua ma non me l'hanno data, sono rimasto scioccato.
È come se volessi essere conveniente con gli altri, loro faranno affari con te. Dovresti essere educato con gli altri, ma è loro dovere non essere educato con te. Dopotutto è stato un pagamento sbagliato.

NNicDOverall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.
