"Il codice postale che c'è sull'indirizzo dell'hotel non ci ha portati all'hotel. Era difficile trovare, perché era all'interno di una proprietà. L'hotel non è vicino alla strada. Il segno all'ingresso stradale non è molto prominente. Quando arrivava all'hotel, l'edificio sembrava un mantello di alcune royalties che era molto impressionante. Check-in era liscio ma non c'era un ascensore e abbiamo dovuto portare il nostro pesante bagaglio su un paio di scale e attraverso corse strette. Nessun portatore o conceja per aiutare era un po' irritante. Il colazione era standard completo inglese colazione che era come previsto. Le aree pratiche e molti grandi alberi intorno all'hotel offrono un senso di relax. C'è un edificio separato che ospita la piscina e la palestra. Questo appartamento non era esclusivo per gli ospiti dell'hotel e aperto a persone che si uniscono al loro club. Purtroppo, il giorno del mio soggiorno, c'erano molte persone e così l'ho dato a una ragazza."

"Decent location for one night stopover. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room pretty basic but all okay for what we paid. Downfall was the noise early morning, being woken to trucks beeping and reversing at 7am on a Sunday isn't my idea of a good night's sleep (which is all we really needed, this was the followed by trolleys clanking and banging, so think this is a real downfall to what should have been a nice little stopover. I advised the receptionist and she said it was the deliveries....which I understand are needed ....but not 7am on Sunday surely and if so some more thought for those sleeping. Sadly this affected my overall rating as really you pay to have a good sleep but I didn't get that."

"The swimming pool was nice. The service was good. Dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids was around £50 (two courses) and the food was nice as well. If you are IHG member, you can check out at 12 noon."

"I stayed here with 2 others for 2 nights to attend an event. It was perfect for our needs. Very nice room that was exceptionally clean and a fantastic walk-in shower. Having lots of parking and being near lots of shops and restaurants was very helpful. It was very easy to walk to places I needed to be. Breakfast was good! Nothing exceptional but the continental selection did the job and despite limited hot food I could still make myself some nice bacon sandwiches. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable and would definitely stay again!"

"Convenient, simple no fuss accommodation. Food was average in the restaurant but the service was very good and helpful. Just a shame no alternative milks for breakfast except soya. Room a little worn but had everything needed for the night."
