There is no nice way to review this hotel, so I’m just going to lay it out as so. This has got to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I know I said that a lot, but OMG! Where to begin? Well, let’s start from the outside. You would not think the hotel is absolutely gross! It seems well put together. There is a cute restaurant right inside. The girl at the front desk seems to be very sweet. Aaaaaand that’s about it. From there, it goes completely downhill…FAST!! Next, let’s discuss the fact that I paid $300 For what is considered the “presidential suite.” Needless to say there was nothing presidential about this room. When you first walk in the suite, there is an absolutely foul odour throughout the living room space. There are stains all over the couch. Some of which I have no idea what they are and I’m not even sure I want to know! Then you go into the bedroom, and there is this spa that is right next to the bed. A spa that is so dirty, there are permanent stains along the sides and base of the tub. The shower is absolutely repulsive. I couldn’t believe a space like this was even allowed to be habitable. And when you get to the bed, the sheets look clean, but they are not. Even when I slept with my clothes on, I developed a rash from the sheets that stayed with me for months. I literally had to go to a doctor to get a cream prescribed to be in order to remove it. True story!! All in all, I would avoid this place, even if it was the last hotel on earth! Like OMG! I highly recommend, just staying the next town over. Avoid this place at all costs!!

A very nice stay but considering the cost I’d think they would be a little more high end. However…. Hotel was clean and person at desk was friendly and efficient. Bathroom towels were horrible thin… And no breakfast…nothing except coffee. We stayed there because we were in Owosso for family funeral and came out of state and needed one overnight stay. Probably wound not stay again at that price.

Don’t stay here, we paid $160 for no breakfast, the smallest whirlpool tub I have ever seen, an the smoke detector was haggling off the wall, I covered it in fear there might be a camera. Place looks nice and well placed. Don’t waste your money. Better choices in Durand. And the tv picture quality ******.

I travel alone for business and was pleased that the outside was well lit when I arrived late at night. The person who checked me in was extremely pleasent even though it was late. I got to my room and it was a very spacious comfortable room. My work had a package delivered to me there and there were issues with amazon but the hotel staff was great in helping me get the package and solve the problems. They went above and beyond. The location is great- near downtown and close to many good places to eat. I will definitely come back for business and personal travel.

The location was great for us, only 2 miles from the wedding venue we attended. The staff were top notch, friendly and efficient. The room, nothing fancy, your typical hotel room. From there it went down hill. Our view was terrible, overlooked the lobby. The towels are tiny and thin. The bathroom was not clean, hair all over the floor, toilet and sink. The carpet may have been vacuumed, but not well. The bathroom sink would not drain and smelled like vomit. I bring clorax wipes with us, just in case, glad I did. I wiped up the hair in the bathroom. It was dirty, like it had not been moped. There was some kind of grossness on the box springs. We never used the pool and in hindsight I'm glad we didn't, given the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Doubtful I will ever return to Owosso, and if I ever do, it won't be here.

First off made reservations on line was quoted price, click ok and then the final real price was $30 more due to hidden fees and taxes. Also no breakfast service even though it says there is one one the web site.

The food was not very hot at all. No breakfast or lunch is served here. Beds are very high up hard to get into. The waitress in the dining room is very poor for over an hour for our food to come. She had no personality whatsoever.

Liz in the lounge and Kendra at the desk were just the kindest ladies ever and so helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Clean room, comfortable bed ,fluffiest pillows and a short distance to the curwood castle.

Everything was 5 star, from the comfort and cleanliness of the room to the friendly and supportive staff. There are so few dog friendly hotels and this is the very nicest one I've ever been to!! They went out of their way to help us. We were never made to feel as if our dog was a nuisance as some hotels do. I would go there again and I highly recommend it.
