Affascinante residenza del 1700, vale la pena sicuramente di cenare in questo luogo. Servizio ottimo , menu ‘ scozzese molto vario ed appetitoso: pesce , carne, dessert scozzesi. Buon rapporto qualità- prezzo. Ho cenato due sere consecutive !

Always a lovely experience here, so many happy memories ❤️ the few issues we had were solved within minutes as the staff really go out of their way to accommodate guests. The food was superb and the room beautiful. Although decor and fittings are slightly tired, it doesn't affect your enjoyment.

I recently went working in Shetland for 8 days and choose the Busta hotel due to its reviews, some of the photos initially made me think it was possibly a dated place, but this was definitely not the case, it had bags of historical character and it really felt like a home from home. It was very clean and the service was excellent by all the staff, especially the two bar tenders. The food was varied and very nice, every meal was great. I would definitely stop again if i get the chance.

We went to busta house as no lodging in lerwick had great ratings and it did. We were not disappointed. The owner and crew were always very attentive. The food, not nouveau , was all flavourful, and plenty The best was they offered small portions so food was not wasted. The library was a delight to relax in. We had a room called Yell and was large and comfortable. The location worked well as most of the interesting hiking was northbof lerwick, so easy to drive too. On out last day we had to leave early for a flight and they made breakfast and hour early. We wish them luck in business

Staff were so friendly helpful and polite, especially the 3 men on duty the night we arrived having not wanted to stay at our booked hotel in Lerwick which looked awful! We were sorry none of them were around the morning that we left to thank them personally and say goodbye. We were so lucky they had a room for us. We had thought initially that it would be better to be in the middle of Lerwick, but we were so wrong, how much nicer it was to be in this beautiful setting. Could not fault the hotel at all.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was beautiful. Staff went out of their way to make our stay a special one and were very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic, with my husband especially enjoying the peppercorn sauce which came with his steak. Would highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed another stay at Busta House. A perfect setting, lovely room and the food, drinks and service were to the highest standard as always. Thanks again to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit!

We stayed in the Vaila room, spacious, lovely view of the sea Loch, fabulous bathroom. The food and service are great, Tanisha was so funny, but so professional, it's a loss to the hotel that she is moving on. On another note on the food, beware, the portions are huge, but it's amazing that you can order half portions! On a short stay, it meant that I could try more desserts. We don't know the name of the gentleman who may be the owner/manager, but again, great service, there had been a problem left by previous guests, but it was sorted, a sign of good service! Would definitely return.

We visited BUSTA House as part of a holiday put together by McKinlay Kidd on our behalf. Never having stayed here before we wondered what we would find. It was a historic hotel in a secluded area with loch views. Very friendly welcome and spacious lounge areas. Our bedroom was large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Our two nights were very good and we enjoyed our dinners and breakfasts at the hotel. What particularly impressed us was a specially printed dinner menu for my wife to take account of her food allergies.
