Rustic single story home w/vaulted ceilings in a large living room walled windows capturing the endless views. Expensive, unique high end furniture from original owner. Lush green landscape surrounds giving privacy & serenity. Large parking pad can fit 3 large vehicles. HDTV, high speed WIFI, Full-Kitchen and dining areaAbout pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Non shedding small dogs only please..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Absolutely No Parties NO Outside Congregations after 10 PM breaking rules causes immediate eviction and reservation will be cancelled with not refunds.Hot Tub from 8.00 AM to 10.00 PM $40 a day. Heating the pool is $150 each day. Wonderful Stay House was clean and easy to access. Plenty of room in the driveway for multiple vehicles and host was easy to contact.

4 Days in LA with Friends We stayed at Raffi’s place with friends (4 adults and 5 teenagers) for 4 nights. The place was beautiful and well kept. Raffi was extremely responsive to any requests. The hot tub was terrific, especially with the cooler weather. All in all 5 stars! Would definitely recommend.
