Easy quick check in. Nice clean rooms, with great water pressure. Good breakfast made this one heck of a stay

The staff was excellent but the facility needs to be updated. Tub was rusting, maintenance was sloppy workmanship and room smelled of industrial deodorizer.

We were there one night, there was multiple huge water stains, the room was decent, bed was hard and not like a hotel quality. The tv is extremely old school and small.

Check-in was a breeze-friendly staff. Room was nice. There were a couple of things that could be improved, but I didn’t ask anyone about them, so I don’t know if it could have been improved. I adjusted the heat—but it made no difference. That may just be how all hotels are. Since I turned off the heat, it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I didn’t call the desk to see if I could get one. I should have. Also, if you’re going to go so far as to have 8 pillows on the bed, it would be nice if there were a variety of firmness/fluffiness.
So overall a great stay.

Toilet seat needs to be chabged desperately. I cleaned it twice and sat only when I had to. The heater did not work properly on the 2nd day. We were gone all day and left it on 78 and it was cold jn the room. After 2 hours, it finally got warmer.

Would have been wonderful had the temp in room not been 68 and outside weather about 8 degrees. Took the heater 3-4 hrs to get to a decent temp heater running at 90 degrees whole time. I froze and could not sleep for a long time. Only got about 5 hrs of sleep and it was broken up because was way too cold then way too hot!

Very nice place to stay. My only complaint was all of the road construction which made it difficult finding the hotel

Toilet stuck. No help, gave me plunger only. Heater didn’t work, room smelled like dirty feet. Bad experience.
