The room was very spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. The bed and pillows were comfy and fluffy, slept through the night. Loved the Japanese zen interior. The location was perfect, right at the electronics market. At first, we were a bit worried after reading the reviews about having to take the stairs to get to the lobby of the hotel because we were traveling with 2 big suitcases. There were exactly 4 steps to climb up, so it was not a big deal. We booked the hotel again for our 2nd time back to Shenzhen. Bonus points for having bottled water available when you are getting into the elevator from the floor of your room. Only con is the soundproofing wasn’t very good. We could hear the sound of traffic going on downstairs even when we were staying on the 20th floor.

Sono venuto a Shenzhen per un viaggio e ho trovato un hotel vicino alla casa del mio amico. Poiché quel giorno avevo giocato con gli amici troppo tardi, non ho fatto il check-in in hotel fino alle 20:30. La reception dell'hotel mi ha chiamato appositamente per chiedere informazioni sul mio orario di arrivo in hotel e mi ha fornito le indicazioni stradali in base al mio tragitto in auto. Quella notte pioveva un po' e viaggiavamo con i nostri due bambini. La reception ci ha aiutato a spostare i bagagli dalla macchina alla camera e ha dato dei giocattoli ai bambini. I bambini sono così felici! Il servizio è davvero buono. La stanza è pulita e ordinata e anche lo spazio è ampio. È davvero positivo che il letto possa essere spostato. È molto accogliente per una famiglia con due bambini come la nostra. Quella notte dormii profondamente. Strutture complete. La prossima volta che verrò a Shenzhen, soggiornerò di nuovo qui!
