MMauroBella struttura, la reception andrebbe rinnovata perché un po’ piccola rispetto allo spazio disponibile. Colazione buona e varia. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort. Bella la palestra, con una stanza dedicata a ogni attrezzatura. Veloce il servizio di lavanderia. In definitiva, da tornarci.

Il materasso è molto comodo L'edificio principale Lo scenario è molto buono. Inizialmente ho acquistato il pacchetto Yinghai Pavilion nell'area amministrativa questa volta. Ho prenotato temporaneamente l'edificio principale per provarlo. L'ambiente è migliore rispetto alle recensioni online. Il le strutture della piscina al piano di sotto sono relativamente grandi e le attività sono molto interessanti.Lodate lo chef che è incaricato di tagliare i noodles per la colazione il 16 settembre, e i noodles per bambini sono tagliati finemente in modo speciale. We really, really enjoyed our time at this hotel! The vibe is so nice, like a peaceful resort but right in the middle of the city. Super convenient!
The Room – Oh my god, so big and beautiful! Very clean, bed so soft, and the design is modern but cozy. We feel like VIP because everything is so nice and spacious. Even the bathroom is luxury!
The Breakfast – Yummy! Every morning we excited to eat because so many choices. Fresh fruit, eggs, bread, local food also available. Coffee is strong and good – just how we like it! Really makes the day start happy.
The Location – Perfect lah! Easy to go anywhere, near to shops and places to visit. But inside the hotel, so quiet and relaxing. Best of both worlds!
The Staff – So friendly and helpful! Always smiling and ask if we need anything. They make us feel like family, not just guests.
Honestly, we don't want to leave! If you want a hotel that feels like a holiday, with big room, delicious food, and nice people – this is the one! We will come back for sure!

 we went out for dinner after checking in when we returned we noticed some takeaway food (still cool from fridge） being put onto our table. Apparently, someone has broken into our room during when we were out, perhaps for a quick snack here not long ago.
Ranged the hotel service, and just replied that no one has broken in and was a mistake. He doubted if the food had been here before we checked in. The incident unresolved.
On the third day, for no reason, the toilet was blocked and water kept running out from the toilet and the bathroom was flooded. Called the hotel service again, who just coldly replied would ask someone to check later. Finally to avoid getting ourselves wet, we went out for the rest of the day and checked out from the hotel as we returned.
It’s terrible! Won’t come back here again.

BBon AngUno dei migliori hotel a Shenzhen. Dal ragazzo della campana alla ricezione e al personale del ristorante, riceverai servizi di top notch- thumb up. La loro somma di dim è buona. Il personale è molto amichevole e ci ha aggiornati in una stanza più grande senza chiedere e quando chiediamo e chiediamo di controllare il tempo, ci hanno informato automaticamente che avevano esteso il tempo di checkout a 2:00. Impressionante. Abbiamo accidentalmente lasciato 4 scatole di pesche e pomodori nel mini frigo, il personale li tratta haha

KKafuleenEverything was quite good for Shenzhen standard. The location of the hotel is great and most of the staff was friendly and kind. We would recommend this hotel to families. It is right on top of a mall with a good playroom for young children.
