Overall, my stay was great, but there are a few areas for improvement. Eleven, at the reception, was absolutely fantastic she was incredibly nice, helpful, and proactive. Despite a small hiccup at check-in, she quickly resolved it with a smile. However, another staff member at the reception didn’t feel as welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown.
The room was clean and tidy every day, and they made sure to keep my bed in perfect condition. One thing I did notice, though, was that the mirror blinds were a little faulty, but that didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Despite a few minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would return again anytime!

SSeraph526La stanza è pulita e grande e nuova. Ci sono molti cibi carini intorno all'hotel e il mercato notturno shui Wei è proprio sotto. Le bevande nel frigo sono comolimentari. Quello che mi piace è il loro servitù di lavanderia che è gratuito. Il personale del servizio frontale mi aiuta a guidare come ordinare la consegna di cibo all'hotel.L'unica migliore è quando ho la stanza che ha profumo, ma il personale dell'hotel lavora molto rapidamente per rimuoverlo. Il colazione dell'hotel è anche una buona diffusione. Il migliore affare è la cena ogni notte e è anche complimentare.

MMariaCThis was an amazing hotel. The views, pool and beach are private. The room I had was panoramic, I could see the sea and mountains from it. Room service food was nice (had a burger), yet a bit expensive (¥160). Dameisha beach is a nice beach where you can swim in the sea. There are water sports like kayaking, jet ski and paragliding, for a fee. The hotel staff did not tell me you can have a complimentary (free) photo session if you book 1 day in advance.
The towels for the pool are in the fitness center (same floor but a bit far). The fitness center has a gym.

KkatatakaÈ piccolo per un hotel cinese, ma è abbastanza spazioso rispetto agli hotel d'affari giapponesi, quindi non c'è problema.
Anche la camera era pulita.
Tuttavia, ci sono molti ristoranti nella zona, ma sono tutti locali.
Il problema è che
① I capelli accumulati nello scarico del bagno non vengono smaltiti. Va bene se sono i tuoi capelli, ma i capelli della persona che è rimasta la notte prima sono stati lasciati lì. Forse per caso ho dimenticato di smaltirlo, ma ce n'era tanto, quindi non mi sono sentito bene.
②Ho soggiornato per 3 notti e, nonostante non fosse presente il primo giorno, quando sono tornato dall'uscita il secondo giorno, ho trovato una lunga ciocca di capelli sotto il lavandino, che ovviamente apparteneva alla donna delle pulizie. Ma il terzo giorno andò bene.

E il servizio è premuroso! Per il compleanno di un amico l’hotel gli offrirà gratuitamente l’upgrade della camera e gli regalerà una torta di compleanno! Che sorpresa! Molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Convention and Exhibition Center. Il bagno è enorme e la vasca è perfetta per immergersi!

LLondiAbbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza qui. Le camere erano pulite e il personale era molto utile. Io consiglio molto il loro pranzo, era un prezzo molto ragionevole per il servizio e la cena era sorprendente. Il fotografo era anche molto paziente con noi e ha fatto delle foto fantastiche di noi. La zona della piscina e il bar ospitano adulti e bambini, un vincitore! Grazie al personale che ci ha partecipato in modo rapido e molto amichevole.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato all'hotel per 3 notti durante le vacanze nazionali. Il servizio e le strutture erano grandi. Ci celebravamo il compleanno di mia figlia e l'hotel ha creato la stanza per noi e ha anche fornito un biscotto complimentare! Il personale è molto gentile e utile! Il nostro ritardo di check-out richiesta è stata accolta, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Le opzioni per la colazione sono grandi! La piscina era pulita (ma non riscaldata come annunciato). La palestra era pulita e spaziosa! Il club dei bambini è stato l'accento per i bambini, essi si sono davvero goditi di giocare lì ogni mattina dopo colazione. Il personale di custodia era molto bello e riempiva immediatamente tutte le toilette! I ragazzi al check-in sono stati molto gentili e meritano un sollevamento! La posizione è eccellente e ci sono molti ristoranti e shopping a piedi. L'unico svantaggio è che l'hotel non ha una camera con due letti matrimoniali. Abbiamo due figli e abbiamo prenotato la camera di famiglia, che viene con un letto re e un letto unico extra. Il piccolo doveva dormire con noi e il dormitorio era stretto per i tre di noi. MMiss Ina伊娜We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The service was good. The breakfast was decent. The beach was very clean. They also had lifeguards to watch out for the people. Its a beautiful place and highly recommend it.
The only thing that was not good was that there is no shading on the beach area and you can even put up something to shield the kids from the hot sun.

Quiet neighbourhood, great design with a scent of its own in the lobby. Great room with serious design and there is a nice tub. Room is neat and tidy and well provided, and the package included a yumcha set in the morning. Great for a short escape
