È a sole due fermate dal porto di Futian. È molto comodo per andare a Hong Kong. Non è rumoroso di notte nella comunità. Soggiornerò qui la prossima volta~

Ottimo servizio in un bel hotel pulito. Molto soddisfatto e consiglierà ai nostri amici di andare a Shenzhen. La posizione è molto buona con un mercato notturno vicino e una stazione di metro. Ci sono anche molte opzioni alimentari una pietra getta via, che lo rende conveniente per coloro che non vogliono andare lontano. Il centro commerciale Coco Park è anche meno di 10 minuti di distanza per taxi. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di cena a buffet tardi, e siamo stati molto soddisfatti e soddisfatti del cibo.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, proprio di fronte all'uscita B della stazione della metropolitana Fumin. I trasporti sono comodi nelle vicinanze e ci sono molti posti dove mangiare. È comodo andare ovunque. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento di fronte dell'hotel, che è condiviso con l'edificio. Lo sconto del 40% per il soggiorno in hotel è comunque considerato totale. La hall dell'hotel è spaziosa e luminosa e ci sono anche acqua, bevande, frutta e snack gratuiti acqua e bevande nel frigorifero della camera. Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

L'hotel ha una posizione fantastica, è in centro e la stazione della metropolitana più vicina è a 5 minuti a piedi. Il servizio era buono, il personale della reception dispone di un traduttore audio dall'inglese al cinese, il che è fantastico. Ci sono stati 2 problemi minori: la stanza puzzava di fumo e sigarette e io i pavimenti erano ancora bagnati dopo la pulizia quando sono arrivato

Everything is perfect. The receptionist provided all the choices to me for upgrading and explain everything clearly. Name of the receptionist is ”Jing” and she provided the best service I ever have. La mia esperienza complessiva è stata nella migliore delle ipotesi accettabile. La posizione è stata molto difficile da trovare perché l'indirizzo indicato ci ha portato nel posto sbagliato, abbiamo dovuto spendere di più per prendere un taxi per la posizione effettiva dopo aver chiarito con la reception. La stanza in sé era molto bella con una vista molto bella e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Il serbatoio dell'acqua calda non era così bello perché è rimasto senza acqua calda dopo circa 5 minuti di doccia.

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos
Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

Sono stato molto deluso con il buffet da pranzo, 1st la varietà è limitata, il contatore sushi ha 3 o 4 articoli, i biscotti hanno solo poche opzioni, il gelati-crema non vuole nemmeno provare, il contatore di alimenti per la pesca er...em..., in generale, non valeva il prezzo del denaro.

Il materasso è molto comodo L'edificio principale Lo scenario è molto buono. Inizialmente ho acquistato il pacchetto Yinghai Pavilion nell'area amministrativa questa volta. Ho prenotato temporaneamente l'edificio principale per provarlo. L'ambiente è migliore rispetto alle recensioni online. Il le strutture della piscina al piano di sotto sono relativamente grandi e le attività sono molto interessanti.Lodate lo chef che è incaricato di tagliare i noodles per la colazione il 16 settembre, e i noodles per bambini sono tagliati finemente in modo speciale. La scelta della cena a buffet era un po' limitata, non particolarmente colpita dal cibo. I piccoli dettagli della camera devono ancora essere migliorati. Quando sono tornato in camera ieri sera, ho visto che l'acqua potabile e lo yogurt erano riforniti. Here are several suggestions where the hotel can improve:
The facilities are limited, it would be nice to have a small bar or drinks area. The breakfast is average, although the restaurant is bright and good-looking. AC is way too cold, and the shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The few staff members who were on duty were very pleasant and helpful, although there was not a large team.

Il personale del desk front sembrava confuso circa l'esistenza di camere disponibili; siamo riusciti a controllare solo dopo aver avvicinato un altro personale del desk front after 10-15 minutes.i
La camera era di base e quindi sottomarino per il prezzo (e anche sotto par rispetto ad alcuni degli hotel locali a basso costo). Salvare la grazia era la vista - c'era una buona vista sulla finestra del parco, e il letto, che era molto comodo.
La sala da bagno era ben attrezzata e aveva anche una stanza a vapore (anche se questo non era 24/7 a differenza del resto della sala da bagno). La piscina era all'aperto e grande, anche se subordinata alla qualità dell'aria e non riscaldata. Il bagno era troppo costoso per il servizio standard.
L'hotel stesso ha una connessione diretta al centro commerciale vicino alla porta, che ha anche una connessione diretta alla finestra presso la stazione di metro del parco (la finestra del mondo).

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
