LLittle Ball HeadThe room was smaller than expected, but it would be fine for a one-night stay. The surrounding area mostly consists of residential buildings. There’s a small supermarket across the street where you can get basic necessities, and the nearby streets are lined with small local restaurants.
The train station is not close. It’s also convenient to get a taxi （called 滴滴/高德）although I noticed that the driver stopped on the opposite side of the road both times. Waiting time is ard 10mins to be arrived for peak hours around 8:00am.
I checked in late at 7 PM, and it seemed like the hotel was pretty fully booked. I was assigned a room near the elevator with higher floor, however no particular view. Fortunately, the soundproofing was good, and I wasn’t disturbed by the elevator or other guests coming and going. There is a table in the hallway offering free can soda.
The air conditioning in the room was very powerful and controlled via a smart voice assistant (小度）If you can’t speak in Mandarin, it wud be a little bit not convenient. The aircon automatically defaulted to 16°C when turned on. While cleaning the desk and bedside tables with disinfectant wipes, which is my habit, I noticed that both bedside tables were covered in dust, which was a bit disappointing.
The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water in speed. There was even a shower footrest. However, the showerhead was leaking, which affected the water flow—a letdown given that this is a new hotel and such issues should be rare. On a positive note, the bathroom had a smart toilet with a heated seat. You could even flush it by tapping twice with your foot, which was a nice touch!
Also provided charging cables, that is definitely a plus.
The hairdryer provided at the hotel room is designed to resemble Dyson’s style. Since I have an actual Dyson at home, I’m quite familiar with it and can make a comparison. I was pleasantly surprised that this hairdryer performed so well—it’s almost as powerful as Dyson. While my Dyson usually takes 5 minutes to dry my hair, this hairdryer took another 5 minutes to achieve similar results, leaving my hair perfectly smooth. The only downside is that it’s slightly noisier than Dyson. For those who care about having smooth hair every day and are accustomed to using Dyson products, this hotel’s hairdryer can definitely meet your expectations.
There was a nightlight near the skirting board by the door, which I thought was considerate and well-designed. Above the sink, there was a mirror with a light—thankfully, as the room itself felt a bit dim without it.
All the hotel staff were extremely polite. When asked for extra bottled water at the front desk, the staff immediately provided two bottles per person, which was very thoughtful.
Breakfast was more Chinese-style but had a good variety. Considering the price, the inclusion of breakfast made it a great deal.
One major issue I encountered in the room was with the air conditioning. While the default 16°C was too cold, adjusting it to 23°C resulted in the mattress retaining a lot of heat. It felt like lying on a heated massage bed which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I eventually had to set the air conditioning back to 16°C, but the mattress still felt warm, leaving me sleepless all night.
When checking out, the front desk asked for feedback, so I mentioned the issue with the mattress. The two staff members were friendly and suggested that next time we inform them immediately rather than enduring the discomfort all night. While they assured us they could arrange something, I honestly can’t imagine how they could resolve such an issue—could they replace the mattress? Regardless, we appreciated their kindness. Even the housekeeping staff we encountered in the hotel were very polite, greeting us warmly and expressing hope to serve us again in the future. Their friendliness was truly commendable.

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos
Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

Ho prenotato temporaneamente l'edificio principale per provarlo. L'ambiente è migliore rispetto alle recensioni online. Il le strutture della piscina al piano di sotto sono relativamente grandi e le attività sono molto interessanti.Lodate lo chef che è incaricato di tagliare i noodles per la colazione il 16 settembre, e i noodles per bambini sono tagliati finemente in modo speciale. La scelta della cena a buffet era un po' limitata, non particolarmente colpita dal cibo. I piccoli dettagli della camera devono ancora essere migliorati. Quando sono tornato in camera ieri sera, ho visto che l'acqua potabile e lo yogurt erano riforniti. Quando ho soggiornato per un anniversario o un compleanno, di solito ho aggiornato la camera o il check-out posticipato, la camera sistemata questa volta è relativamente parziale, la prossima volta ho l'opportunità di portare bambini per provare l'area amministrativa, grazie Cassie Xiaowu per il servizio ~ Mi ero quasi dimenticato, spero che le strutture elettroniche di intrattenimento motorizzato dell'hotel non siano posizionate vicino alla caffetteria, i bambini non possono mangiare Tranquillità, mangiare due bocconi e vedere discutere di giocare è davvero costato ai miei genitori.

CChuk WanAs a budget business hotel, we are satisfied with the stay as a whole. The room is new and clean, and the hotel is in a business building. Disposable slipper and other amentilies like tooth brush, tooth paste and comb are provided. What's a plus is there is a large projector inside room for viewing movies.
One point liked to highlight is the front line staff William has provided excellent services. He greeted us with a smiling face and provided a free welcome fruit plater to us when we checkrd in. He even took the fruit plate to us in person after we arrived room. We did not book room with breakfast but William was so kind to offer 2 breakfast to us as complimentary. Given the so nice services, we will be back if we go to Shenzhen next time.

E il servizio è premuroso! Per il compleanno di un amico l’hotel gli offrirà gratuitamente l’upgrade della camera e gli regalerà una torta di compleanno! Che sorpresa! Molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Convention and Exhibition Center. Il bagno è enorme e la vasca è perfetta per immergersi!

TThe BackpackerWe chose this hotel for our New Year’s Eve celebration and to enjoy the drone and fireworks show at Windows of the World. We were fortunate to get a room with a direct view of WOW, which made the experience even more memorable. If you’re looking to avoid the crowds while still enjoying the spectacle, booking a room here is definitely a great choice. It’s well worth the investment for a more relaxed and private viewing experience.
