Ok I got a lot to say about the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen - a hotel with luxurious amenities but lacking basic breakfast provisions… Dyson hair drier, toto washlet, glass bottled water are all under expected. MO shenzhen used very highend sanitary fitting brands, reliable and taken very good care of. I am very picky on sanitary fittings and cleanliness and I have not noticed any issues. Kudos to the housekeeping team. One must understand what sets MO apart from other hotels is the impeccable attention to details. Its interior design is far superior to other Shenzhen hotels. If you are architecture fan and are tired of the substandard detailing in other Shenzhen hotels please do try MO shenzhen. Now… the problem for me was with the breakfast. It occurred to me that MO focused way too much on cantonese food and was probably swayed by foreigner’s perception of what “oriental culture” consists of. Granted that the food was of high quality - good sauce good ingredients. But it is rly rly rly basic to provide rice. In every top hotels I visited around Asia, I never had to miss fried rice. It was very dissimilar experience in MO compared to Ritz carlton I stayed few weeks before - who probably had 3 times more variety of offerings. I wouldnt hesitate to pay extra if there was a better breakfast offering - as many would understand that this is just attitude issue. The greatest hotel service in Asia. MO group is known for this and I cannot agree more. I knew of this ever since many years ago when I was in Guangzhou MO next to Taikoo. Overall, as said earlier, MO shenzhen gave me mixed feelings. I am astounded by the cleanliness, detailing but I cannot hop on the MO Fan boat yet because of the breakfast. Aiya!

Per uscire e divertirsi in altri posti, ci vogliono circa 10-15 minuti a piedi fino alla stazione della metropolitana dall'hotel. È più comodo prendere un'auto. Ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per raggiungere i centri commerciali vicini come Huangting Plaza. La camera dell'hotel è pulita, senza grossi problemi La sella non è uno stile elegante, ma è molto pulita Gli amici che desiderano selle intelligenti dovrebbero prestare attenzione.

Questa volta ho scelto di soggiornare allo Shenzhen Greater China Hilton Hotel. Frida, la governante esecutiva del reparto camere, e Zora alla reception mi hanno dato un'esperienza di servizio molto buona. Quando sono arrivato per la prima volta in hotel per il check-in, Zora alla reception mi ha pazientemente presentato la posizione e gli orari di apertura delle varie sedi aziendali dell'hotel; dopo il check-in, la governante della camera Frida mi ha chiamato personalmente per salutarmi se la mia camera d'albergo è pulita e confortevole. Hai bisogno di altri servizi e l'atteggiamento è molto buono, mi fa sentire molto apprezzato. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel, ma pochi maggiordomi esecutivi chiedono direttamente l'esperienza del soggiorno. Non mi aspettavo che il servizio dell'Hilton Greater China fosse così buono! Anche il servizio del personale dell'hotel è molto buono. Quando incontrerai il personale nel corridoio, mi saluteranno felici. Durante il periodo, ho chiamato il centralino per chiedere un cuscino di grano saraceno, ed è stato consegnato presto. Prima di partire ho chiesto se avevo altre necessità. Infine, vorrei elogiare il bel ragazzo della portineria per il buon servizio. Quando ho fatto il check-out, ha preso l'iniziativa di chiamarmi un'auto e ritirare i bagagli. In breve, è un'esperienza molto memorabile e molto buona. ps La metropolitana al piano di sotto sarà un po' rumorosa al mattino. È meglio scegliere di non appoggiarsi alla direzione della strada principale. L'acqua della doccia è molto ampia e comoda.

Il letto è molto comodo e puoi scegliere un cuscino per dormire. La lobby ha un buon odore di legno di sandalo, l'arredamento è retrò, sobrio e carino. L'atteggiamento del servizio clienti è super buono e super veloce per soddisfare i requisiti. Voglio che i cubetti di ghiaccio vengano serviti in pochi minuti :) Anche il caffè in capsule è ottimo. Se verrai di nuovo a Shenzhen, sceglierò di nuovo qui per vivere molto a tuo agio e felice di fare shopping e mangiare ed è molto conveniente?

Excellent hotel at good price, good value for money at convenient location. Impressive rooftop pool with beautiful sunset and sunlounger to sit and enjoy the sunset, chill rooftop bar with light music…. Free billard room, golf simulator room, yoga room, OSIM massage seat, rooftop gym, and a lot of quiet indoor reading lounge….. Breakfast is great, didn’t expect the breakfast matches all big 5 star hotels, has chinese congee, noodles, egg cooking station, japanese miso soup, natto, chicken curry, western salad, fruit, yoghurt, veggi to make fresh juice and egg waffle machine to make waffle by yourself….. next to shopping malls with many good restaurants. The japanese cafe/bar at hotel lobby is great too! A very relaxed and enjoyable stay!

I hate to leave reviews like this. The hotel was promising when I arrived. The check-in process appeared to be pretty smooth and easy. This was a plus for me, as I had just spent the entire day at an amusement park. However, after I had showered and geared down for bed they called me and said that I must come back and take more photos because the attendant who took my photo when I checked in was careless. Perhaps he was new? At check-in, I posed for a while and kept asking if it was done, and he never responded. He only responded that I was finished after my friend checked to verify. So, it was very annoying to go back once I was already relaxed from an exhausting day. I asked for some type of compensation due to the inconvenience of it all. They would only offer breakfast, which I already paid for (plus, they don't check to see if you bought breakfast when you arrive). This was a shame because other than this I would probably recommend this hotel, but I won't go back or recommend. I believe service should be first and foremost at a place like this, and it is lacking here. There are better budget friendly options in Shenzhen. Stay at one of those.

🚗 Trasporti: la linea 10 è la più vicina, nel centro di Futian, è comoda per andare ovunque. Ambiente: la prima impressione è semplice e tranquilla e il vento di registro è rilassante. 🧹Igienico: più di 10.000 washlet TOTO e biancheria da letto pulita sono tutti prodotti muji, non usa e getta. Gli ospiti sono incoraggiati a portarlo via e continuare ad usarli. Le pantofole di lino sono troppo comode. 🔔Servizio: la colazione del ristorante Muji offre la scelta giusta e anche il gusto è buono. Il tè del pomeriggio e la cena a base di bistecca sono troppo tardi per provare, lo terrò per la prossima volta.

La reception dell'hotel è molto accogliente e il servizio è attento. C'è un piccolo frigorifero in camera. Coca-Cola, Sprite e acqua minerale Fanta sono tutte gratuite. È difficile che altri hotel lo facciano pagare ho aggiornato la tipologia di camera gratuitamente, l'atteggiamento del servizio è davvero molto buono. Grazie per l'upgrade, ho trascorso un buon soggiorno al Qiuguo Hotel. La proiezione dello schermo intelligente nella stanza, Xiaodu controlla tutte le apparecchiature elettroniche nella stanza, è molto buona e sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno. Per non parlare del fatto che c'è molto cibo nelle vicinanze, c'è un villaggio urbano dietro l'hotel, quasi tutto cibo. E' a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal Centro di Eccellenza. Mixc, Mixc World e Cocopark sono tutti a dieci minuti di macchina. E' inoltre molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. E' altamente raccomandato a turisti e viaggiatori d'affari.

地理位置是絕對優勢，B口出來10米距離。旁邊吃飯逛街都超級方便。 訂房是看是新開業，並且圖片不多，以為是新房，結果……補充些真實圖片給大家參考吧。 建議房主把油煙機清洗下，整個房間都是常年不清理的油膩味道，很不舒服。本來還想做個早餐啥的，結果連廚房都不想進。 陽台門關不上，堆滿了洗的床品和其他物品，也沒進去。 房間朝向不太好，沒有陽光。外面温度28度，房間睡覺居然會覺得冷。有一張床是客廳擋了個屏風，沒法睡，結果2個人擠在一個房間，一個床還是個鋼絲床。 如果對新舊，衞生要求不高的話，這個價格可能還算划算。 投影儀不錯，很清楚。客服有問必答。

找了很久才找到一個離深圳博物館比較近一點的酒店，門麪有點小，房間也不是很大，但是很乾凈，特別是枕頭很柔軟，被子也舒服，睡覺安穩。店員服務態度很好，很溫柔的小姐姐。下次過來深圳遊玩會再次選擇住這裏。附近很靠近市民中心，去博物館和去看燈光秀都有直達公交車或者地鐵到，非常方便，特愛附近的綠化大麪積公園，走走呼吸新鮮空氣特別的舒服。
