MMariaCThis was an amazing hotel. The views, pool and beach are private. The room I had was panoramic, I could see the sea and mountains from it. Room service food was nice (had a burger), yet a bit expensive (¥160). Dameisha beach is a nice beach where you can swim in the sea. There are water sports like kayaking, jet ski and paragliding, for a fee. The hotel staff did not tell me you can have a complimentary (free) photo session if you book 1 day in advance.
The towels for the pool are in the fitness center (same floor but a bit far). The fitness center has a gym.

SSiew YingOverall, my stay was great, but there are a few areas for improvement. Eleven, at the reception, was absolutely fantastic she was incredibly nice, helpful, and proactive. Despite a small hiccup at check-in, she quickly resolved it with a smile. However, another staff member at the reception didn’t feel as welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown.
The room was clean and tidy every day, and they made sure to keep my bed in perfect condition. One thing I did notice, though, was that the mirror blinds were a little faulty, but that didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Despite a few minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would return again anytime!

LLondiAbbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza qui. Le camere erano pulite e il personale era molto utile. Io consiglio molto il loro pranzo, era un prezzo molto ragionevole per il servizio e la cena era sorprendente. Il fotografo era anche molto paziente con noi e ha fatto delle foto fantastiche di noi. La zona della piscina e il bar ospitano adulti e bambini, un vincitore! Grazie al personale che ci ha partecipato in modo rapido e molto amichevole.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Sakee, Bruce e Leo per il loro servizio impeccabile durante la nostra partenza dall'hotel in serata. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, molti centri commerciali sono raggiungibili a piedi, in particolare il Coco Park. Abbiamo apprezzato l'ottima area di prelievo e rientro.
Hanno una stanza per bambini, macchinette per giocare con le leve e videogiochi.
Il letto king size era enorme e il servizio di pulizia era impeccabile.
Tutto il personale si è dimostrato flessibile ed è stato molto paziente mentre ritiravamo i nostri pacchi Taobao.
Solo due piccole cose da migliorare: l'odore di sigaretta era piuttosto forte in alcune hall. L'acqua della doccia fuoriesce facilmente, portandola a scorrere verso il lavandino.
Per il resto, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva e ci fidiamo molto dei marchi Crown Plaza.

FFiSAMUElL'hotel è a 4 fermate di metropolitana dall'aeroporto di Shenzhen Bao'an, che impiega circa 35-40 minuti. È una scelta più conveniente prima di prendere l'aereo per o lasciare Shenzhen. Ha piovuto a Shenzhen negli ultimi giorni. I nostri voli sono stati cancellati molte volte e siamo stati costretti a rimanere a terra e abbiamo potuto prolungare il nostro soggiorno solo a tempo indeterminato. Fortunatamente, il servizio del commerciante è stato molto premuroso e ha fatto del suo meglio per soddisfare le nostre richieste. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata positiva.

MMiss Ina伊娜We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The service was good. The breakfast was decent. The beach was very clean. They also had lifeguards to watch out for the people. Its a beautiful place and highly recommend it.
The only thing that was not good was that there is no shading on the beach area and you can even put up something to shield the kids from the hot sun.

CCrystalHad an absolutely wonderful stay, starting with the easy checking in process with complimentary self service drinks. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful explaining how we could order food online if we choose to dine in. The room was so beautiful and clean with charging cable that was provided. Amenities is provided for the stay and topped up daily. There’s a cute lil robot that delivers delivery. Great service, homely feel. We enjoyed the stay a lot.
