Hotel in zona Sungang/Bagualing, Shenzhen

This is a small hotel. The location is good. Less than 5 minutes walk to a mall and metro exit A Sungang. Rooms are modern and clean. Bed sufficiently comfortable and two singles can be joined for an extra large king. Breakfast was good 4 star with a decent selection of western and Chinese. Noodle station available. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Although there was some problem about the room, but the Front desk was very helpful and fix it in very short time. Very close to the shopping mall KK time , there have a lot of famous restaurant for you to try. And just walk about 8 mins to hung wu mtr station.

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno. Questa volta mi sento meno bene dell'ultima volta. La stanza è abbastanza silenziosa, ma è vicina alla zona pedonale quindi a volte sento dei rumori. Il soffione della doccia non è molto forte. Quando esce l'acqua calda, a volte sembra forte e a volte debole, quando ho ordinato il negozio, è emerso che c'era un regalo gratuito ma non l'ho ricevuto Nel complesso, questa volta mi è sembrato nella media!

We have a wonderful experience staying in this hotel! Upon arrival, the concierge handled our luggages with care and was attended by 农彩紅 at the front desk. She is super friendly and helpful in many aspects. She went the extra mile to let us inspect the room and helped us with some enquiries. The other hotel staff are friendly too. Our room is clean, big and comfortable. Love their high quality toiletries with lavender scent. Also like the separate bathroom and toilet for our preference. Truly an unexpected good experience staying in Mercure Shenzhen Sports Center Hotel. Will definitely return when we are here the next time.

前台服务态度很好！房间也很好，推荐大家入住！ Highly recommend this hotel! Came from another hotel and was able to look at the rooms first before booking. The receptionist were very friendly and able to help with my queries. The rooms r very new and clean! The hallway, and lobby are very new and clean. Really like this hotel a lot and if possible would give it a 10 out of 5!!! Highly recommend this place!

It's my first hotel in Shenzhen. And felt that it was one of the hotels,, a nice hotel. I not have walked to study that there was something interesting, but the hotel is comfortable and pleasant and clean.
