It's New hotel with convenience traffic but there is only one convenience shop. Breakfast is delicious.

Boutique hotel hidden in a residential neighborhood. Surrounded by beautiful plants. I feel relaxed and chill as soon as I enter the hotel. Breakfast is made to order, excellent. We are staying in room 105, a triple room with terrace where we can have a glass of wine and chill in the evening. Food in the restaurant is also good but it closes at 10:00 pm.

The hotel is very nice. From Nanshan subway station c exit, only within 1 min walk we can arrive the hotel. The service is great like we ask the front desk for sth and they immediately reply becuz it’s a 24 hour front desk. The price is cheap comparing to those near subway stations and is a very comfortable experience .The screen projecting js nice as well.

The hotel is very well located, which is a big plus. However, there are several areas that need serious improvement. The breakfast was disappointing — extremely limited options and not suitable for Western guests. I had paid for it in advance but ended up not using it at all, choosing instead to eat elsewhere. The bed was uncomfortable, with a mattress that was far too hard. The noise level in the room areas was also a problem. It was constantly loud, and on two consecutive days, someone either knocked on my door or tried to open it, which made me feel quite unsafe. Overall, I expected a better experience considering the price and location.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, con la stazione della metropolitana Shuiwan proprio al piano di sotto. L'ambiente della camera è ok, i servizi intelligenti sono molto convenienti, ma il bagno è un po' vecchio. Nel complesso la camera è relativamente pulita e silenziosa. Il servizio del personale della reception Xiaomei è particolarmente buono. Il livello del buffet può essere migliorato ancora un po', con più tipi di verdure, e la pulizia deve essere più pulita e ordinata. Ci saranno dei detriti su alcune tovagliette. Il rapporto qualità prezzo complessivo è ok e si consiglia di soggiornare.
