The room was clean and very spacious. Check-in was quick and efficient, though the staff member at reception didn’t greet me or say a word—just took my passport, which came across as quite rude. Overall, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming at first. However, this changed on my last day thanks to Della. She was absolutely fantastic—she helped me book a taxi and even walked me outside to make sure I found it. Her kindness and professionalism really turned my experience around. The hotel’s location is excellent—everything you might need is right nearby. I was expecting more from the “city view,” though. It wasn’t quite what I had hoped for.

Great service and great location. Very friendly and attentive staff too. The only downside is that there is on-going renovation / construction nearby which can be a bit noisy

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Here some key points: Goods: - Situated in Nanshan district this hotel, this property is close Sea World, subway and many local shops and eateries nearby - Hotel staff is good and polite - Rooms are clean and smart home enabled Not so good: - Room size is small - Breakfast options are limited

Free upgrade for a slightly bigger room .Located next to Nantou ancient town which is very nice. There is a 7-11 opposite hotel and Below hotel is a supermarket which you can find local fruits at a cheap price. It is located 45 mins drive from airport on highway and about 50 mins to Luohu area. Counter Staffs were friendly and check in at 2am was a breeze. They accomodate my request to have rooms next to each other. Room good enough with all amenities provided. Smart voice recognition in room for TV, curtain etc. There are multiple eateries nearby and mall within walking distance. A wonton soup shop nearby has tasty dumplings.

La stanza era pulita e accogliente. La receptionista era anche amichevole. L'hotel è appena all'ingresso della stazione MTR Nanshan.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, molti posti per ottenere cibo vicino e la fermata della metropolitana più vicina è a pochi minuti a piedi. La stanza è pulita e confortevole, tutto ciò che è necessario per avere un soggiorno confortevole è fornito dall'hotel. Il personale del desk front are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and book again :)

La camera è piccola ma abbastanza comoda. Il letto è pulito e confortevole. L'hotel offre lavanderia e una palestra gratuita. La colazione è adeguata e notturna, l'hotel offre dolci gratis che è un gesto accogliente. Il personale del desk front sono utili. Le zia lavorano molto duramente, puliscono e puliscono costantemente. Localizzazione saggio, è circa un'ora di metro al centro città di Shenzhen.

The location is great. It is about 300 steps away from 2 entrances of a subway station. This makes it very convenient to travel in the city. It's also the same distance away from restaurants and food stalls. The hotel is very clean up and new. We booked the ”smallest” rooms they have, and to our surprise, the rooms are very spacious with a large tv, sofa, humongous shower with a separate toilet that has a washlet. The staff was very helpful. One of us required some alcohol wipes, but they didn't have any. The front desk person told us they are going to promptly go to search some for us. They got us some not long after. I also required a shaver and again that was promptly delivered to our room. Last but not least, the hotel is able to keep our luggage for more than one week even though we have checked out from it. We definitely will check into this hotel when we get into town again.

Hotel a buon bilancio, molto buon valore in dollari, buoni ristoranti intorno all'hotel(cfr. foto 1 & 2). Ci sono alcuni sfondi, ha piccoli voli da tutti i ristoranti in fondo all'edificio(vedi foto 4), igiene e doccia fanno suonare l'acqua pompando tutto il tempo, la luce fuori finestra (non davvero finestra fuori, ma un piccolo giardino interno con candele, vedere foto 3) mantenuto in attesa di switching & off, non grande se u r un sonnoletto leggero, e si dovrebbe sollevare il bagaglio per circa dieci scale prima di raggiungere l'ascensore, ecc.
