Hotel in zona Longhua New District and Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen

Very good service the room was really clean and beautiful, spacious with a lot of amenities. I highly recommend for groups and birthday celebrations! 

The bathtub size was exceptionally big and the bedding are clean where the train noise wasn’t quite noticeable as they have arranged the top floor for my 2nd stay

Questo hotel fa parte del gruppo Marriott. Ho soggiornato al Moxy per due notti durante il weekend. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, nonostante la leggera barriera linguistica. L'hotel aveva un'atmosfera giovane, con un'ampia area comune alla reception con tavolo da biliardo, freccette e tavolini per socializzare. La palestra era dotata di pesi, tapis roulant e un sacco da boxe, tra le altre attrezzature. La camera era pulita. L'unico inconveniente è che non ho ricevuto punti Marriott Bonvoy, avendo prenotato su trip.com.

Hotel is located at the east square of Shenzhen high speed station. It's actually called Atour Light. The room was like pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier we were able to communicate using translation app. They helped me pick up a parcel from a locker which I'm very thankful. Only thing to note is that the bed is very firm. Their laundry facilities looked really good but I don't get to use them. Would recommend this hotel.

La camera dell'hotel è piuttosto piccola, soprattutto la zona del lavandino del bagno. È situato in una posizione comoda vicino a una strada notturna che vende un sacco di prelibatezze. C'è anche un centro commerciale con un sacco di ristoranti. L'hotel offre pipa strumming al mattino e alla sera nella hall, dove viene anche servito un buon tè caldo mentre vi rilassate. La colazione a buffet era buona.

I absolutely loved this hotel — it’s clean, tidy, and exceptionally well-maintained. The location is fantastic, surrounded by great food options. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating; they even kindly allowed us a late check-out.

Great room. Big, modern, and clean. Love the design and feel. Very convenient and near ico mall as it is beside it. Liked the free welcome cookie touch as well

L'hotel è a 12 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Shenzhen Nord. C'è un ristorante annesso a 2 isolati di distanza. Rispetto alla qualità di una locanda per vacanze, le camere a Lijiang sono leggermente inferiori. Il riflettore davanti al letto è fantastico. Non puoi semplicemente spegnere quella luce, ma spegnere tutte le luci una volta spenta. Il design è troppo pigro. Sebbene le camere siano abbastanza pulite, non ci sono finestre e un design illuminotecnico, il che può solo essere considerato carente. Non ho fatto colazione perché online dicevano che era nella media, quindi non l'ho assaggiata. Pensavo che dovesse esserci una palestra durante le vacanze, ma no.

I have visited this hotel many times with friends and family, and it has always been one of our favorite spots. Its convenient location, right across the street from a giant mall, adds to its charm. However, my recent stay was disappointing. This was my first visit since the hotel closed for renovations and upgrades, and I was hopeful for improvements. Unfortunately, it felt more like a downgrade. Upon arrival, the front desk was chaotic, with checked-out cards and even some clients' IDs left on the table. The staff’s attitude was also concerning; they were cold when checking me in. As for the rooms, they didn’t seem upgraded at all. The sheets were slightly dirty, and there was a stronger smoke smell that I hadn’t noticed before. Despite these issues, I still love the hotel's location and believe there is great potential for improvement, especially in the front-of-house and cleaning staff. On a positive note, the updated big screen in the room was a nice touch. I hope to see better management and cleanliness on my next visit!

Tra noi c'era un'amica che festeggia il compleanno e l'hotel ha chiesto di ritirare la torta in anticipo, l'hotel è stato molto attento e ha preparato un mazzo di fiori e ha fornito con cura anche alcuni snack di benvenuto, pantofole e spazzolini da denti per i bambini del nostro gruppo. La stanza è confortevole e bellissima! I servizi igienici sono molto buoni, le tende sono elettriche e l'illuminazione offre una varietà di opzioni per l'atmosfera! La colazione in hotel è squisita e ci sono anche snack al vapore, che hanno un sapore 👍🏻 Abbiamo depositato i bagagli al momento del check-out. La signora Zi Ning alla reception ha risposto attentamente alle nostre domande una per una. Anche gli altri membri del personale sono stati gentili👍🏻 Sceglierò di soggiornare nuovamente in questo hotel se ne avrò l'opportunità in futuro!
