Hotel in zona Longhua New District and Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen

I booked this hotel because the next day very early I had to take a train at Shenzhen North station and it’s pretty good. The girls were very kind and explained everything to me great with the translator.

I have visited this hotel many times with friends and family, and it has always been one of our favorite spots. Its convenient location, right across the street from a giant mall, adds to its charm. However, my recent stay was disappointing. This was my first visit since the hotel closed for renovations and upgrades, and I was hopeful for improvements. Unfortunately, it felt more like a downgrade. Upon arrival, the front desk was chaotic, with checked-out cards and even some clients' IDs left on the table. The staff’s attitude was also concerning; they were cold when checking me in. As for the rooms, they didn’t seem upgraded at all. The sheets were slightly dirty, and there was a stronger smoke smell that I hadn’t noticed before. Despite these issues, I still love the hotel's location and believe there is great potential for improvement, especially in the front-of-house and cleaning staff. On a positive note, the updated big screen in the room was a nice touch. I hope to see better management and cleanliness on my next visit!

We booked a non smoking room. When we checked in, I noticed the room have smoking smell in the toilet. The worst is the smell from the comforter too that make me can’t sleep the whole night. Discuss with the front desk and been told that the hotel is not allow smoking but they can’t control the customers. This is strange!! I cancelled next two days booking and change to Hampton inn, whole hotel even the lobby is no smoking smell. How come the other hotel can enforce it but not Orange?? Beside the smoking smell, the hotel is ok. The front desk staffs need well trained.

Nice and clean with new decoration, haven't any bad smell and have not noisy although beside main road. It was pleasant to stay in this hotel

I have stayed here many nights on several different trips, and it is always the best value for the price in many different ways. I give this hotel my highest rating.

L'hotel è a 12 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Shenzhen Nord. C'è un ristorante annesso a 2 isolati di distanza. Rispetto alla qualità di una locanda per vacanze, le camere a Lijiang sono leggermente inferiori. Il riflettore davanti al letto è fantastico. Non puoi semplicemente spegnere quella luce, ma spegnere tutte le luci una volta spenta. Il design è troppo pigro. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Exit A of Minzi Train Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself is new, so everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location!

Molto adatto per i viaggiatori di grandi gruppi. Desk front molto utile e rispondere rapidamente alle domande e richieste. Tutte le immagini mostrate su trip.com corrispondono alla stanza effettiva, molto affidabile. Se potesse avere più biancheria, una rete più stabile per la TV, più carta tessuto e toilette e più tazze / bicchieri pronto in camera sarebbe ancora meglio!

The room was actually quite ok, HOWEVER, the entire room was filled with cigarette smell from guests smoking in other rooms coming in from the air condition, which triggered some health issues for my child. The smell was so bad we were unable to sleep the whole night. We had to get out once we were able to in the morning.
