Hotel in zona Longhua New District and Shenzhen North Railway Station, Shenzhen

The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets

La stazione nord di Shenzhen probabilmente deve prendere Didi. Molto lontano da camminare.

We booked a non smoking room. When we checked in, I noticed the room have smoking smell in the toilet. The worst is the smell from the comforter too that make me can’t sleep the whole night. Discuss with the front desk and been told that the hotel is not allow smoking but they can’t control the customers. This is strange!! I cancelled next two days booking and change to Hampton inn, whole hotel even the lobby is no smoking smell. How come the other hotel can enforce it but not Orange?? Beside the smoking smell, the hotel is ok. The front desk staffs need well trained.

Extended at the same hotel which says a lot as there are an abundance of other hotels nearly which speaks volumes to how impressive they are.

Overall satisfied, but was a little bit disappointed that the kitchen was not usable. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk including Starbucks and McDonalds. Outlet shopping center with many brand names and a pharmacy. Would stay again. PROs: - very close to Shenzhen Bei Station - relatively clean CON's - super hard & uncomfortable mattress - stove did not work and no kitchen amenities are provided

Posizione, posizione, posizione! Convenienza estrema per noi che hanno bisogno di facile accesso sia a MTR che a ferrovia ad alta velocità. Bello avere lavatrice nella stanza e elet riscaldamento in bagno. Possiamo fare una carica di lavanderia e asciugare i vestiti in un giorno. Apprezzi questa attrezzatura che ci è stata offerta ai viaggiatori. Quando siamo stati pronti a controllare, l’ufficio è stato chiuso, e non c’era nessun personale intorno. Sarebbe utile avere una scatola chiusa fuori dall'ufficio per noi di lasciare la chiave/carta della stanza.

In effetti, tutti i commenti che si diffondono online non sono più come la propria esperienza personale. Volevo trovare un hotel più vicino alla High Rail di Shenzhen North. Ho visto diverse famiglie e ho scoperto che questa è davvero buona, ma ogni commento ha buono e cattivo, e quanto è un po'spiegato nel cuore, Solo dopo l'esperienza. Excellent stay！😁clean, convenient, and amazing breakfast! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – there was something for everyone. The room was well-designed, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything in the hotel looked clean and well- and maintained. Shampoo, body wash, and all the essentials were fully provided. Hygiene was top-notch. Also, the location is super convenient for anyone who frequently takes the subway. It’s very affordable, especially considering the quality of the environment and service. Great value for money! Highly recommended!

The place is rather run down and not well maintained. The cigarette smell is really strong and the apartment is dirty. The toilet is small and the bed is rather hard. If it's only for one night, it's fine, because the location is perfect to get to the train station.
