Hotel a Shenzhen,

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they provided us with all the assistance and advice we needed! We appreciate it very much! Room was clean and cosy with great sea-facing view, and huge bath tub (which the kids enjoyed!) Location is very convenient to the nearby pier/port where we did a ferry tour on the sea to the various nearby ports. Nearby has lots of seafood restaurants too! We had a great stay as family with kids!

Rooms nice, would be better to have separate shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast ok, need some juice and toast. Noisy at night, I wish people had respect for other people at night. It’s a strange concept for me, back home, if it’s later than 9pm, people return to their rooms quietly, so not to disturb others. There were many families shouting across rooms, children running around, after 11pm, was difficult to sleep.

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

看的出來是老闆請了很專業的設計師很用心做的民宿，房間的格局很好很舒服，細節的設計，比如起夜自動亮的小夜燈，投影儀的位置，我想喜歡設計，文藝青年應該會很喜歡這家民宿，早餐也很用心，營養豐富，雖然不是自助，但是該有的都有的，麪條是現做的，很符合我們口味，我努力吃了，但是還是吃不完的。可惜我們去天氣不太好，影響了海景，不過去海邊就是這樣。天氣的成分影響很大。唯一不足就是我們所在房間15樓到前台的距離，有點太遠了，也是這個民宿的痛點吧。沒帶防蚊水，因為要去坐森林小火車，跟前台溝通，把房間的帶走了，感謝周到的服務！出門打車也很便捷，門口也有專線去雲海廣場的。到小梅沙帶娃走棧道30幾分鐘，還可以接受！到大梅沙更近一點。

It was such a pleasant stay at Miyue Tianlu. We picked room201 which gives you access to an outdoor bathtub, tanning area with amazing sea and forest view. You also get to see the cable cars going up and down the mountains. Our butler Ah Wai also tended to all our requests and went above and beyond to make sure our birthday celebrations was perfect. The room also had projector which provided free entertainment. We would 100% come back to visit and big shoutout to Ah Wai for making our stay unforgettable!

Hotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff. Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too. Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders. Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

This hotel is really nice and has good value. The location in the mountains offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and there is even an outdoor tub which, even in the rain, is a great way to relax. The breakfast is tasty, and although we weren't around to enjoy it they offer afternoon tea. The only complaints i have are 1) noise from landscaping staff doing some **** trimming woke us up early sunday. 2) malfunctioning smoke detector in lobby woke us up again 3) poor soundproofing and other noisy guests woke us up a third time. They compensated us by allowing us to check out an hour late, free of charge, and took 5rmb off our total.

the room is excellent, nice & the facilities are good but providing more towels will be perfect. however, the ground areas is very bad as all the shops are closed with blockage of temporary plastic barriers as just like a dead place. also, the external common area is very bad as no one to take care, it's all wear and tear.

Il bellissimo posto di Zhuhai Tinhai Sealand è situato sopra la metà della città di Zhuhai, nella parte orientale di Zhuhai. Il panorama del cielo è molto buono! Ci sono quattro suite all'interno del villaggio, molto adatto per la riunione familiare o per i compagni di amico!Da dentifricio unico / trappola / ruggine alla qualità del letto; Da ogni camera è munito di proiettori separati, e alla grande sala da soggiorno è dotato di Karaok, tavolo di legno e diversi tipi di tour da tavolo per tutti divertirsi; Inoltre, dobbiamo proporre beni e attrezzature di cucina molto completi, e mantenere la casa intera secca e fresca per sempre il nuovo sistema eolico ⋯ Tutti i dettagli dei proprietari di alloggi ci fanno sentire molto comodi durante la nostra vita. Una volta che entrano nella casa, ci sentiamo a casa: ) Un amico auto guida qui per vivere la vita di montagna è una scelta che non sbaglia!

I bambini volevano davvero andare in spiaggia, quindi abbiamo scelto il Dameisha Yacht Resort Hotel. La signora alla reception è stata molto brava nel servizio e ci ha presentato con pazienza e attenzione i servizi dell'hotel considerando l'età dei bambini e il tempo non essendo molto bello, abbiamo deciso di consigliargli di andare al paradiso dei bambini. Il paradiso dei bambini è grande, semi-aperto, con aria buona e strutture complete. I bambini hanno giocato tutto il pomeriggio e ancora non ne hanno abbastanza la vista sul mare nella camera d'albergo è davvero bellissima, anche la camera è molto grande e l'esperienza di soggiorno è così confortevole. Il tempo è stato bello il giorno successivo, quindi puoi provare la navigazione in yacht gratuitamente. Non essere troppo felice della sensazione di salpare nel mare blu e nel cielo blu. Non c'è molta gente sulla spiaggia privata anche nei giorni festivi. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione con accesso diretto alla metropolitana. Se avete tempo potete anche fare shopping all'outlet Ho intenzione di riportare i miei genitori la prossima volta.
