The hotel is so so. Very poor sound proofing for the rooms. We got noisy neighbors and couldn't fall asleep. And also the windows are not sound proof, the traffic noise is very annoying too. But they provide free hourly shuttle to the airport.

The room was very satisfying. I would rate it as the best. But for the toilet it is not convenient for non-family stays. The glass door would not be so friendly. Breakfast not so many options to choose. Mostly the food only for chinese. Many shops & food stores around the hotel. It's quite good for all.

10 min away from the airport. The room was good. We checked in very late but the front desk was very prompt and we got to our room very quickly. Recommend.

Check in mid night at 1am but I have called and inform hotel earlier about my late arrival. The reception lady very bad attitude. Inform me wrong room no and reply me with rude attitude. Bad service. That's combine 2 hotel in 1. Been to China so many places but this is the worst service I've ever meet.

The receptionist was a little rude, just asking whether the check in is here and reply me with arrogant tone. Pass her our ID and she simply say can't find the booking, even showing her the booking confirmation and she said she don't understand 🤷🏻♀️ other than that, the room and everything is good

The location is perfect for us to fly off from Shenzhen Bo'An international airport the following day. Staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast and washing machine cum dryer are provided, for the price it is excellent. Delicious road side hawker food are plentyful around the area, within walking distance.

I like this location close to the airport. Easy to check in at night.

My stay was superb! The hotel's impeccable service, and clean room made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended.

首先前台的服務態度不是很友好，單純就是把門房卡用一張紙條粘貼在上面給客人，沒有什麼問候，搞得客人欠他們一般。再來是電梯環境臟亂，除了電梯就能聞到一股很重的燒烤味，因為隔壁樓下是間燒烤店。進到房門以為情況會好一些，結果是一股黴味。原本是衝著漢庭連鎖酒店的招牌去入住，這次經驗後我再也不會住漢庭的酒店了，就是個開盲盒的體驗。

酒店硬件設施尚可，但前台服務實在令人失望。辦理入住時工作人員態度惡劣，下了一個雙床訂單和工作人員確定可以入住大床，大半夜到酒店因為滿房坐等到天亮退房辦理入住，結果早班工作人員語氣很硬讓我退訂單，不給辦理入住，嚴重影響入住心情，望改進。

酒店挺一般的，前台的溝通能力有待提高，房間也不舒服，到店的時候已經是午夜了，旁邊的飯店都關門了。酒店有免費接送機服務，整點發車

夜裡的飛機，找了一個離機場比較近的酒店，可以方便早點睡覺，入住非常方便，設施設備也很齊全，前台服務非常好，下次又機會還會在主的。

タクシー乗る場からホテルまでは10分ちょっとで直ぐに着きます。ホテルから空港までは送迎が有ります。私は早朝の早い時間でしたので、5時、5時20分、6時と言った具合に送迎バスが出てます。空港についてから空港受付カウンターまでだいぶ歩きますので、ホテルから20〜25分ほどかかると計算しておいた方がいいと思います。ホテルも綺麗で、日本人でも全然満足だと思います。
