*5/5 – Exceptional Service & A True Hidden Gem in Shenzhen!* My stay at Skytel was nothing short of perfect, thanks in large part to the incredible staff—especially one receptionist TAYLOR who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. She assisted us with tireless patience, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Her kindness didn’t stop there—she even helped us book a taxi from Shenzhen to Guangzhou at a much cheaper rate than what we found on Didi, saving us both time and money. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. As for the hotel itself, it’s an absolute *Zen Oasis*. The cleanliness is impeccable, with fresh sheets provided daily, and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The luxurious yet calming atmosphere made it a joy to return to after a long day. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a great variety to start the morning right. One of the most unique features was the *windowless room with a glass lookout to plants*—something I’d normally avoid, but Skytel executed it beautifully. The greenery provided a serene backdrop day and night, making the space feel open and refreshing. I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotels, but Skytel exceeded every expectation. If I return to Shenzhen, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. *Highly recommended!*

The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, especially Taylor Duan, who enthusiastically helped me solve all the problems. The room is very simple and comfortable. When I checked in, there is also hot tea. The service is very thoughtful. There is also a cafe in the lobby. The most important thing is that there are many cute kittens outside the hotel. I heard that they take it in. This is really good!

This hotel is still the best I have ever stayed at Shenzhen. We stayed here one year ago and decided to stay again before heading to Hongkong. It just never disappoints us. This time, we liaise with xiao yu. She’s so patience with us and attend to all of our enquiries very well we love her. Also, I would like to shout out to Cici and the 2 handsome young male staff were very helpful and friendly when we needed help too!! Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping auntie still the best as before. Always so friendly, approachable and sweet. Tidy up my room really well. The security was really cute. He accompanied me to the laundry room and assure me everything is gonna be ok due to some rowdy foreigner. Thank you! Location is great. Walking distance to convenient shop and around 10-15 max is walk to Hua Qiang Bei. A young blonde handsome male staff guided us on how to walk there so it kinda save some of our didi money 💰🤣 thanks! Will always come back to this hotel when I come Shenzhen. Everyone was so hospitality and friendly. Cheers! Till the next time. Thanks everyone.
