I’ve had another wonderful stay at UrCove Futian CBD, and I want to give a special thanks to Jay for his outstanding hospitality. It’s because of him that I’ve become a repeat guest at this hotel. Jay is extremely kind, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure that my room is clean and comfortable. His dedication and warm service truly make a difference. Thank you so much, Jay!

Environment- Comfortable, relaxing and refreshing Suite - clean but bad sound insulation Service - nice receptionist, helpful staff, always smile Facilitate - especially compliment to the 24hours free laundry service, very convenient.

The hotel is very near futian metro station exit 32. Very convenient stay. Breakfast options for vegetarian is very minimal. I stayed for 4 days and all my days tiredness was very well taken care of

Nearby are all commercial buildings. The downstairs is very quiet. If you stay in this direction, you can even see drones delivering food. The subway is very close, just five minutes away. The coffee capsules in the room are Peet’s coffee. The free snacks in the lobby are great. Lan Zhang is very professional. Judy's service is excellent. When I was resting on site and saw her come over to ask about my needs, I was willing to give her a good review. It's really wonderful.

Nearby Cocopark but not much things around because is CBD area. Hotel is clean but reception service is not good especially one of the guy.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected. During the wait, Judy chatted with me to ease the boredom and said that if I had any questions, I could contact her. So, I added her on WeChat. Even in the middle of the night, she was always available. It seemed like she never needed to rest. She is a very dedicated person. I gave her a thumbs-up as a reward.

The stay was awesome. Room is nice and clean. Area where hotel is, is not noisy or crowded. Service was awesome and polite. Only thing was the breakfast was kind of disappointing.

Location is 5mins to Metro. Hotel service average. Breakfast is bad for a famous Hyatt brand. 

Room and in room facilities and counter staff are great, however, the disappointed part is on the breakfast, we arrived at our 15min before business time, there was no service staff and food looks like left over, and utensils have stains...though the terrace is great and chose to seat outdoor, but the mat has bread crumbs, it's so disgusting and the worst hotel breakfast experience in a chain hotel, don't expect it's called "by Hyatt"...

The hotel is new and rooms are big. Location is nearby to HSR station and shopping district.

We were really happy and appreciated that we were given an upgrade. Everything was great but since it's on a low level (6th) you could hear people's laughter and car honking downstairs.

Clean and spacious room. Well lit with loads of sockets and USB charging outlets. Very Convenient. Free drinks and snacks are also provided but the fridge wasn't turned on. My room faces a business building and should be very quiet but some of the neighbours with children were quite loud talking and running around and banging the door till almost 11 pm. The staff are couteous but some do not speak / understand Cantonese or English. The breakfast is reasonable but most choices are Chinese. The bacon served at breakfast is not real bacon. Location is right outside exit 32 of futian metro. For people taking the metro the location is superb. One problem is that there is no escalator down at exit 32 making it difficult for people travelling with luggage.
