Not easy to find, even you speak Chinese. Exit the metro station "Renmin South" via exit B. There's a zebra crossing on your left, but don't cross. Instead, look at your right and find the entrance door on the metal gate. Go in and walk straight until you see the management office of the building. The building entrance is right in front, take the elevator to the 16th floor. This is basically the Hong Kong hotel experience, but right across the border. A dilapidated repurposed building in an otherwise fancy area with an elevator that takes forever to get (about 5min earring time going up to the 16th floor). Room is... Well, let's say that the choice for the price was between this and a bunk bed and at least here you get privacy (although noise insulation could be better) and a private toilet. Surprisingly clean all things considered and I slept through the night. AC Heater pump is new! TV signal from the 1970s. Manager very nice, walked me to my room. If you want to cross to Hong Kong early, this is a great choice as its only a 10min walk to Luohu checkpoint. Follow the signs. There's plenty of food and supermarket options right across that zebra crossing I mentioned.

It’s small and cosy but good value for money. Also near to food and shopping. Would stay again next time.

Really good location and friendly staff. The bed is comfortable. High value place overall. Great restaurants nearby. I road a bike to the metro to take a flight out of the airport. Really good as a hotel near the airport.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในตึกคอนโด เข้าใจว่าคอนโดปล่อยเช่าเหมาชั้น แต่ละชั้นจะมีโรงแรมมาเช่าเพื่อปล่อยเช่ารายวัน ในตึกจึงมีโรงแรมหลายแห่ง เน้นคนสัญจรข้ามไปมาระหว่างฮ่องกงกับเซิ้นเจิ้น สภาพห้องเก่า แต่ก็อยู่ได้แบบชั่วคราว แอร์หนาวสะใจ น้ำอุ่นร้อนไว สภาพห้องตามราคาไม่ถึง 100 หยวน

100元樓下的賓館，沒奢望是新式精品小酒店的裝潢。沒甚麼要求，但還是有驚艷到。位置十分近關口，外出用餐亦方便。老板很有禮、還升級我們到有窗的房間，房間半點烟味都沒有，很乾淨。浴室門鎖壞掉只能半掩，但不影響使用。雖然是蹲厠，但沒有臭味，熱水供應充足。洗漱用品亦有提供。半夜隔壁有人抽煙，只好打開窗戶，幸好空調很給力。房間位於大廈高層，不太受噪音影響， 房間隔音亦不錯。性價比其實很高，很滿意。

酒店整體乾淨，位置10分方便，附近有食肆，可以走過去，租了很多次了，房間沒有異味，就是要自備沐浴露好一點。

地點很方便，地鐵在旁邊; 吃的在附近也很多選擇; 服務員很友善並提供一些旅遊資訊。

Habitación pequeña pero limpia. El staff es muy amable y atento, aunque no hablan inglés si chapurreas el chino puedes conseguir lo que quieras. La cama es dura como el demonio y el sitio un poco ruidoso.
