This motel is located in an office building, lobby is a room on 35 floor. You will need the local app WeChat to pay for deposit at check-in and they will send you a message containing passcode for your room, so good luck if you don’t have WeChat or your WeChat is not linked to bank account. Rooms are all smoking rooms, I had to ask to change to one room that was less smelly, initially they refused claiming all the rooms are equally smoky. Motel is located near a big mall with many restaurant choices including BBQ and Cantonese cuisine and many many street foods nearby. Other than the smell, bed was comfy and toilet was okay, projector was huge but you need local payment app to play any movie.

Our room had a nice view of the front. Front desk was helpful and room was clean and tidy. Very good location with lots of restaurants nearby and 2 big shopping malls.

地理位置很好!附近有很多吃喝玩樂的地方!主要是來看海鷗 的，離深圳灣就一站地鐵～價格算深圳比較實惠啦。住的時候太 舒服了，就拍了室外。但是床很舒服。 上下樓都需要刷電梯卡，感覺很安全。外賣也可以送到門口。 隔音感覺還不錯，沒聽到啥聲音。 廁所熱水很大，投影有點小，但是有騰訊會員能看很多。 前台服務小姐姐人也很好~打掃衞生阿姨也很有禮貌~

公寓位於福田區下沙中洲灣。從機場過來不堵車的情況下大概是40分鐘。交通也還算方便，環境也很不錯。樓下是需要刷電梯才能上樓，也保障了一定的安全性。房間配備的東西也很齊全，24小時管家服務。有問題可以直接聯繫。就是沒有免費停車位，而且需要自己在地下車庫找車位。這一點對於有停車需求的不是很友好。

算是回頭客了。從下沙B口步行幾分鐘就能到。不熟悉路況的第一次來可能會有點難找。房間也算對得起這個價位。舒適性以及傢俱品質都超出了預期。這次讓我不開心的點是點了外賣，都快超時半個小時都沒送到，原本給女朋友準備的小驚喜也泡湯了，有點影響心情了。

1、位置很好，窗外風景很美，洗手間有點小，而且上樓的門衞態度很差； 2、第一天有一瓶被開過的水，致電前台説要更換，補充了水，但是第二天整理房間後，同一瓶開會的水又出現在房間內； 3、驅蚊液沒液體。

環境舒服，住高樓層風景很好，樓下就有商場，有好多美食選擇。房間整體乾淨衛生，有洗衣機雪櫃，非常方便，下次會再住。
