Hotel location is perfect! It is just opposite to one of the exit from mtr station! And thanks for all the staffs made us feel we are being welcome as always! Downstairs they provide a mini bar providing bottle water, coffee and even congee at night! Highly recommended to those friends and family customer!

This hotel is not value for money compare to same level same star to other hotel in ASEAN capital city. Will not visit any further. Location is good, cleanliness is average, service is good, amenities is good. Only the price is higher compare to the same level hotel in ASEAN capital city.

Very good service! We were received with hot tea, and the staff accompanied us to our room. The breakfast was very cheap, and they served us good comfort Chinese food. Water, coffee and tea were available at all times without charge. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable, with slippers, robes and amenities available for us. My favorite thing was the view!

Definitely will stay here again. Just cross to the opposite road is huang gang village. Just downstairs already have alot food.

Breakfast is included… Toast and milk tea from KFC, once… Nothing during other days.
Automation… You should feel it to understand. Curtains open automatically each time you open the door. TV turns on. Light turns on. The you should turn everything off every time.

Worst hotel ever! Beware, this is at most a 2 star hotel that is being marketed as 4 star to rip off travelers. It has no public space, no dining area to speak of. And they have the nerve to sell breakfasts knowing that their kitchen and dining area has been shut down and being used as a storage room. Every morning we were given a bag of KFC takeout that consisted of a cup of soymilk and a piece of bun or something very cheap. And wait till you see the laughable "laundry room". Lobby carpet is cheap and dirty. The furniture in the room is falling apart. All in all, the only thing that is up to standard is the bidet toilet. This place has neither quality control nor class. Couldn't take a shower for more than 2 or 3 minutes because water could barely drain. This is my first time staying at a Truego hotel and my last time
