Il letto era abbastanza morbido e non c'erano finestre in camera. Pensavo che sarebbe stato noioso, ma non mi aspettavo che andasse bene. La signorina Banxia alla reception è molto gentile e paziente.

L'ambiente è a posto. La ragazza alla reception (Hexi, il nome è molto carino) è molto gentile, perché la camera che avevo prenotato prima era un po' soffocante senza finestra, quindi l'ho trasferita in una camera con finestra,

The place is around 5 mins walk from the subway station. The electric window blind and light control are very nice.

Location right at the center. Very friendly staffs. Room is clean and amenities well provided.

Though some discomfort we faced from A/C and hairdryer. I am still glad. And one night there were no cold water to be able take a shower and it took 1 hour till A/C can make room really cold. About comfort it's average. But service, canteen, location and cleanliness is good. Can be recommended, because I chose this hotel among hundreds of hotel measuring all important conditions for enjoying my holiday.

本來之前住的都挺好，就這一次出差特地讓我感覺這是啥稀爛酒店，晚上枕頭上有蟑螂，天花板發黴，整個房間一股黴味，哎，太讓我失望了，也不知道客服想什麼呢，把這房都能開出來，不是妥妥的讓人刷差評

整體都非常的乾淨，早餐也還不錯很豐富，就是沒有東北人喜歡的米飯，洗衣服太擁擠了，整體還是非常不錯，就是價格小貴，前台的小靜小平小姐姐服務真的不錯哦點個贊下次再來

前台小許，月嬋還是挺熱情的 房間因為沒窗，所以很安靜，隔音也不錯 房間很多，但是洗衣機太少了 房間衞生還可以，就是太小了 有停車位，但是不多 整體深圳酒店性價比是沒有外面好的，誰叫是深圳呢，所以我不喜歡來深圳，哈哈

雖然沒有窗户，但是室內佈景合理，並沒有憋悶感。 硬件設施、衞生水平、服務態度非常好，訂房時在同價位酒店中基本可以直接選了。 今天寄快遞和開發票時，前台小張和小青特別熱情，這種服務態度的的確確做到了讓我感覺賓至如歸！

性價比超高的酒店，位置到地鐵站走路兩分鐘就到了，非常方便。房間非常乾淨整潔，佈景很精緻，電動窗簾也很智能。而且這個衞生間是乾濕分離的，很贊。 感謝酒店的小許、小楓的服務～

房間衞生不錯。乾淨整齊。前台小許、小張的服務熱情周到，還有客房阿姨的服務也很好，發現問題後處理速度很快，幫助更換遙控器電池。桌子有點小，辦公不大適合。

其實是一個誤會 以為是故意不給升級換房 但是其實是可能是昨天晚上太忙了所以忘記備註換房間了 所以還是挺感謝小楓和月嬋
