Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, è molto comodo avere del cibo delizioso nelle vicinanze e il personale è molto cordiale. Era una celebrazione di un anniversario e l'hotel aveva anche una piccola decorazione. L'unico inconveniente è il rumore dei veicoli durante la notte.

I colleghi della reception sono molto gentili e fanno del loro meglio per collaborare con qualsiasi richiesta. Ho fatto un upgrade della stanza, sono molto soddisfatto e la stanza è grande 𧹍🥰

Booked 2 rooms for a 2D1N SZ trip. Room size is perfect and rooms are super clean. Love the modern decor very comfortable stay overall. Walking distance to MixC mall also there’s a spa/massage place on 2/f highly recommend it too!! Will definitely come back again

The hotel was rebranded at some point so it was/is actually Hilton affiliated. The facilities were standard and nice enough for a one night stay.

I had the most terrible experience at the buffet breakfast. The restaurant is so crowded and no one to arrange the table. So I found an empty table by myself and used my water bottle and sanitizer to chop the seat.After I got my food back, I found my seat was taken by three children, I told their mom that I don’t want to share the table with their whole family as I am eating my breakfast alone. Then the family who has taken my seats/table started to attack me, in disgusting words and shouting at me. There’s only one staff come after while, then another staff come, and they didn’t say anything, just asked them to calm down and finish the breakfast. I left and didn’t finish my breakfast as I was attacked nonstop. Hotel has later sent an fruit plate, that’s all. However I think they do have huge problems in onsite management. I think I will never stay in any of Hilton hotels anymore as the experience is so terrible!

Had a great hospitable welcome by front desk staff Aiden Yu and got an upgrade to their city view King room. Lobby has a nice chandelier that sets a luxurious tone. Modern open design with bright light as there are 3 sets of windows as a corner room with open bar and open bathroom design. The lobby bar opens till late and offers food for late dinner if anyone missed the dinner time for other outlets before last order time at 9:30pm. The fish and the oysters are jumbo size and a great deal 👍🏻

The location was very convenient to go to town and the center of Namshan. The hotel buffet was also very attractive with affordable price.
