È passata una settimana da quando sono stato in viaggio d'affari per scrivere una recensione, ma non importa quanto sia impegnato, devo scriverlo perché questo è un hotel davvero consigliato. Innanzitutto la posizione è superiore, la zona circostante è molto comoda per mangiare e fare shopping, e non è molto lontana da Bonjour Place; in secondo luogo, l'hotel è arredato in uno stile caldo e confortevole, che spazia dalle tazze da tè ai grandi letti, che riflettono le intenzioni e il gusto del negozio; È anche il punto più importante del servizio business dell'hotel. C'è stato un episodio in questo viaggio d'affari. Dopo il check-out, il mio collega ha lasciato il portafoglio in camera. Due ore dopo aver lasciato l'albergo, scoprì che mancava il portafoglio. Sono atterrato al KFC accanto, quindi ho chiamato la reception e ho chiesto al cameriere di chiedere aiuto. La sorellina alla reception è corsa da KFC e ha chiesto con attenzione più volte. Poiché siamo lontani dall'hotel, dobbiamo mandare qualcuno a prenderlo. La sorellina alla reception ha chiesto con attenzione il nome del visitatore e ha impostato un codice connettore per noi. La cura e la cautela speciali ci hanno fatto sentire calorosi e sollevati. Due giorni dopo, ho fatto nuovamente il check-in in questo hotel. Dopo aver chiesto informazioni, ho finalmente scoperto che la bellezza alla reception nella foto 1 è stata quella che ci ha aiutato a trovare il portafoglio. Ho colto l'occasione per esprimerle nuovamente la mia gratitudine: mia gentile sorellina, grazie e augurarti buona fortuna. Felice Festa di metà autunno! La prossima volta che andrò a Shenzhen, sceglierò di stare nel tuo hotel.

La biancheria da letto dell'hotel è relativamente confortevole, l'arredamento è più elegante e le strutture in camera sono più attente. In generale, l'impostazione è ancora fino a 3 stelle. Tuttavia, l'hotel non dispone di una cucina anticipata ed è leggermente scomodo non fornire una colazione anticipata. Fortunatamente, è proprio accanto all'hotel. C'è un KFC che può risolvere il problema prima.

Place is good and many restaurants around the area. Breakfast can eat KFC & dumping , taste is good. Only walk around 10mins from MTR but recommend to take taxi coz weather is too hot. ^*^

Location is perfect with tons of restaurants within 500 meter. I have arrived the hotel at 16:30 but the room are not ready yet. teabags are not topup after used up. I have ordered a few parcels with hotel as the reception address, but hotel reception doesn't take care of them properly, just put them in the corner and anyone can pick up without confirmation.

This hotel was absolutely darling! There was so much attention to detail throughout, from the sign on the shower encouraging the “concert to begin”, the custom shower amenities, and the teas put out each day. At first, we stayed in the least expensive room, which had a window facing a wall. We stayed there for our first two nights, and then asked if we could upgrade for our third and final night in Shenzhen. The hotel staff accommodated us so kindly and it took us less than 10 minutes to completely change to the new room. I would recommend booking the room with a view—it’s worth it! We bought each day’s breakfast along with our booking, which ended up being vouchers which can be redeemed at either the next door dumpling shop or KFC. Since the price was quite fair, we didn’t mind the situation. We would have stayed longer, and we will definitely stay again if we return to Shenzhen! This hotel was cozy, all of the staff were so attentive and helpful, and everything was so clean and attractive. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!❤️

入住的時候態度沒有特別， 走的時候特別殷勤， 問到房間有沒有問題可以改善， 但對我來說已經沒有意義， 這個價錢絕對可以有更好的選擇。 講到衛生， 沖涼房地下一注頭髮，真係嚇親， 非常質疑上手用後房間究竟有沒有清潔。 最嚇人係廁所嘅感應燈感應勁差！明明有人沖緊涼佢都會自動熄燈， 仲要沖一次涼熄幾次， 慳電唔係咁慳囉。。。 每次開花灑都會播音樂， 花灑旁邊有音樂開關掣， 明明已經關掉音樂，轉頭開花灑又再開返音樂 ， 吵著在房內看電視的人， 勁煩人！ 講到地理位置，行去地鐵站要行成 20分鐘。 這個品牌是朋友介紹的， 說這個品牌在國內較為有名氣，我第一次住，不過肯定唔會有下次。

房間很乾凈很大，店員都很熱情有禮。房間少了一套牙刷，前台很快就送了一套過來。我很喜歡希岸酒店的淋浴露，非常的香。

第二次入住，酒店位置距離上梅林地鐵站有段小距離(約8-10分鐘)。酒店附近商店，飲食、醫藥、足浴、理髮⋯等一應俱全。衛生狀況理想，各服務員熱情友善有禮👍🏻

酒店房間乾淨整潔，枕頭睡起來也很舒服； 電梯得刷卡，然後到了房間樓層也需要刷卡，感覺安全係數還可以的；周邊靠近卓悦滙，離地鐵站也不遠； 沒定早餐不知道好不好吃，健身房洗衣房也沒探索（不知道有沒有）；除了隔音稍微沒那麼好，其他都挺不錯的，總體入住體驗良好！

房間美麗，十分整潔，床也舒服，手機充電方便，樓下有北村烤鰻魚及附近有很多食店. 地鐵： -上梅林站下車向9號轉線方向，L出口直接到卓悅匯商場。行10分鐘到洒店. -9號綫梅村站C2出口/上梅林站G出口 行10分鐘到洒店. -4號綫-蓮花北站B出口行10分鐘到洒店。

這家新開不久，設備全新，房間的衞生做得很乾凈，比住過其他酒店都乾淨，服務也很不錯都很熱情，樓下吃飯餐廳應有盡有，附近還有個卓悦滙，真的很方便，不管是出差還是遊玩，都很不錯喲~

很好，旅行出差很温馨，晚餐是樓下的肯德基或者袁記雲餃，四選一的套餐非常不錯哦，酒店在位置非常好，樓下吃的選擇很多

酒店位置很好，附近餐廳也很多，房間的設備齊全，音響效果很贊，前台服務很好，下次還會再來。
