The location is not near subway but u can take bus or bicycle. The room, im sorry but i should say it is not that clean. Once we arrived it is quite dusty inside and there was an unused condom below side of the bed until the end of our staying. I think the cleaning person thought it was ours so they didn't throw it. It was quite unpleasant for us but still acceptable. The room is average. Still, thanks for your service.

It wasn't the best experience. I don't think the money was worth it. The bathroom door couldn't close completely and in the room they were some flies. We choose to have daily cleaning. However, they just throw the trash away, but don't clean other things.

Crazy to think that I have been staying in china at different hotels for nearly 2 weeks and the most hospitable hotel was found at the time I am booking for my return trip. Being a foreigner, it’s not easy to communicate with chinese people cuz they dun speak english. But staffs are so patient on arranging check ins and outs and fixing problems within room (for eg. Ac in my room didn’t work and they fix right away). Also they patiently wait while i type in google translate to talk to them and they were so helping. Notice that lighting in the room is not the same as advertised and also has an odd smell within hotel. I dun mind that much so I enjoy staying here and would recommend foreigners to try this hotel. 4.8 out of 5. Hopefully I will come again.

Everything was okay, but the hôtel was very noisy. It also lacked some hangers/ spot for coats. But everything else was like described

Easy check in. Front desk workers are very friendly and patient. Room is clean and cosy. Bed extreamly comfortable. All amenities provided. Plenty of places to get food close to the hotel. Stayed one night after landing in Shenzhen.
