Guanlan Shanshuitianyuan Tourism Culture Garden

On arrival,we were told that the room we booked had a leaky roof & was put in one of the newer rooms by the lake.Downside was this newer room had no desk/table/chairs or wardrobe what-so-ever, so nowhere to put your clothes or belongings etc. Also no direct phone contact to the front desk,so we had to walk 15mins to the reception each time we need fresh towels/toothpaste etc...Happened 4 times during our 2 nts stay as they do not clean your room everyday & give new supplies. Most of the resort was still under construction,so the walk was not too pleasant! The worst part is the Waterpark,the whole place reaks of smelly feet & the water in the main pool had no chlorine (I coukld not smell any anyway!) I felt physically sick after the visit....also,if you really want to visit the waterpark,don't go on a weekend/public holiday as you will spent hours waiting in line for a 20 sec thrill. The roads leading up to the park & the surrounding areas are still under construction & if you walk, you will be sharing the road with cars & lorries with no street lights at night time. Maybe give it at least 12 months if you really want to visit the place as the park itself & the roads leading up up to it is still a buliding site.

我訂了觀塘湖親子房環境一流，包2大1小早餐、入園門票、湯泉票（1次性）、水月花仙劇場門票、歡樂套票（包16項目）、但艾尼摩神奇樂園門票只包2人，我們2大1小有1人要付費，但入面有好多都圍住不能玩有點失望，早餐太少選擇但好味，園內只得一間酒家晚飯只好在酒家食，都算不錯，但沖涼水溫凍沒有熱水，如果房間有雪櫃會更好，希望酒店可改善不足之處，其待下次再來時會更好。

酒店給我們升級了觀塘房，景觀真的一流，好舒服，但不可避免的就是有蚊子，但蚊子好像不叮人的，房間飛進來2隻也沒叮過我們 整個山水田園就是一個古色古鄉的酒店+樂園，裡面有水上樂園、機動遊戲、騎馬、冰雪樂園（可以租雪褸，但沒有褲在鞋），艾尼摩神奇樂園也在裡面，但實在是太熱了，玩了半小時快中暑就走了 酒店的早餐真的嚇了我一跳，沒什麼好食的，飲品也只有熱豆漿，咖啡機封起來了，水也不提供，真的服了 值得一提的是晚上篝火晚會，氣氛很好，小朋友很開心 園區裡面有些小店，有麵食炒飯之類，另外就只有一家酒家食小菜的，質量不錯

服務：非常好，很到位 衞生：非常乾淨 設施：完好 環境：一流 觀瀾山水田園酒店是我第六次來的酒店，每次來酒店都有不一樣的驚喜，真的是深圳鬧中帶靜的一片凈土，感覺非常好，值得推薦！

2日1夜，一家四口，一個渡假的好地方。 有温泉浸、有兒童機動遊戲玩（另外付費，不過唔貴）、有水上演藝秀睇（驚喜）！ 食物：有舖仔、有酒樓（外賣只到接待處，要自己落去攞） 房間乾淨企理，陽台好大好正！（廁所會有臭味，要帶香水解決）

挺不錯的服務 前台人員小黃服務特棒 房間風景不錯 很喜歡湖邊吹過來的風 很安靜 陽台傍晚的時候往那椅子一趟 有多享受我就不説了 哈哈哈 備註：要帶驅蚊驅蟲，希望未來能有個冰箱，夏天挺熱的

房間非常舒適乾淨，可以可以垂釣，很開心一家大細小朋友釣到的魚都很開心，園區很大很多東西遊覽，的確係一個度假嘅地方

整體性價比係高既，當時 我哋book咗兩間房 但係前枱發現兩間房離得比較遠偏主動幫我哋其中一間升咗級，跟住編排咗較近觀塘房。 雖然原本果間親子改無冷氣， 酒店方面都有幫手跟進，幫我哋換咗另外一間有冷氣嘅房。 其中可惜嘅係原本打算去玩嘅水上樂園正在裝修， 仲有送嘅溫泉套票又因為太熱就冇用到（可惜） 景色真係好靚，同埋小朋友仲可以第一次玩到賽車遊戲， 整體體驗係唔錯嘅。
