Risposta dalla struttura: 看到客官的點評山水心中久久不能平復，山水一定命令小的對客官指出的問題一一作出整改。對於您提到的露枱燈光問題山水想跟您做一個小小的解釋，露台傘下方是有一個開關可以控制燈光的呢，正常開啟了燈光就會亮的。關於外賣送餐事宜，我們通過調取監控發現由於週末節假日點外賣的客人比較多，機器人同時衹能送取2個到房間，加上剛好是雨天，為了避免客人等待用餐的時間過長，外賣員是到前台登記了房間號確認無誤後前台才給了一張乘坐電梯卡授權給到外賣員，然後上去送餐的哈~抱歉沒有帶給您完美的入住體驗，在住期間有任何疑問可以隨時聯繫前台哈，24小時都有值班經理給您處理~對此，山水s酒店誠摯的邀請廣大客户做我們的監督員，隨時歡迎再次入住給我們一個彌補的機會，還您一次舒適的入住體驗！
