A find among budget hotels for lovers of cleanliness and good service! ...And, judging by reviews on other hotels I've seen here, this is generally the only place where you can live in Luohu inexpensively and yet safely. The room is very clean, freshly renovated, has everything you need. Every day the hotel provides water, towels are changed and the bathroom is cleaned. There is no unpleasant odor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the woman on the evening shift in solving difficult issues! Like any budget hotel, there are minor flaws but they are so minor. Just look at other hotels for this price or even more expensive. I am staying here for another 10 days!

I have been staying at this hotel for over a week, the staff re friendly and helpful. Super kind people who make an effort to go above and beyond to help with any assistance you need about ShenZhen. I feel home here like they are family. The rooms are clean and tidy also, bed are comfortable aswell. I have had absolutely no issues whatsoever staying here besides me locking myself out my room HaHaHa 🙃 🙂 😅

The hotel locations is nearby dongmen shopping area. You can easily just walk cross the street to shopping area from the hotel.

Unfortunately the noise isolation is incredibly poor, for example if my neighbour ran the tap in their room it was very loud, and I could hear street noise like beeping from the room, despite it being a windowless room. I was woken every hour or two from the different noises. The bed is also extremely hard for western standards, I know Chinese often have hard beds, but this was something else! I booked two nights but had to leave after one night because my sleep quality was so poor. Unfortunately the hotel also refused to refund me for my unused night even though I left before midday. Location is great through.

In order to hear from the front desk staff that you are not satisfied with the room and ask for a refund of the room fee on 16th, you have told the hotel, we will suggest that you cancel the order on 16th on the platform, it is OK. As for the bed you mentioned is very hard, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, most of the Chinese guests like the medium bed is not very soft, nor very hard, as for you said in the room can hear the car horn, Chinese car owners are civilized driving, driving will not easily ring the horn, welcome to travel to China again.

半夜三點，隔壁開水，由於房間不隔音，直接將我吵醒。容易失眠的朋友可以住這裏試試。你房間周邊的聲音晚上聽的很清楚。 其他倒還不錯，工作人員態度也挺好。就是這個隔音完全不能用來睡覺。

隔條馬路便是東門 行街 搵食非常方便 前台姐姐 清潔亞姨很友善 床單乾淨 地板不是鋪地毡 很衛生 廁所裝修比較舊 殘 不過這個價錢不可要求太高

在一座舊樓的一層。基本設施都有。櫃枱小哥熱心友善。隔音比較差能聽到隔壁房間的對談。我的房間近電梯口所以每天都會聽到人講電話，喧嘩聲。建議拿有窗房。我住的是無窗房，前房客可能是煙客，留下很濃煙味久久散不去。衹要不挑剔是可以住。價格也合理。地點熱鬧，對面老街。
