My second time booking into the hotel and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The front desk were helpful In giving advice on places to see in the city. Would definitely book again.

Very great room! Was nice for a couple to stay in for a few days. Location is excellent, staff was amazing and it was foreigner friendly! Could not have asked for a better experience!

We stayed here as a family with children. The loft style 2 floor room with 2 beds was perfect. The room was very clean, washing machine new and quiet (with dryer too) and shower had very hot water and excellent water pressure.
The room is cleaned everyday and the reception and staff are very friendly and well mannered abs knowledgable too. I added their wechat for communication and they handled everything instantly.
Special thanks to 003 receptionist for making out check in and check out process so smooth and assisting us with many other things during our stay.
We stayed a week here and would definitely come back again next time we visit Shenzhen! Location is 5 min walk from Yan Nan metro station and minutes walk from Huaqiang Road electronics area. The surrounding roads has many restaurants and shops. There is a convenience store directly opposite the road. Everything is convenient !

劃重點：非常不隔音！睡眠質量特別差！
因為要考試所以在考場附近選了這個酒店，剛到的時候前台很熱情給我升級了房間，不過升不升級無所謂，我強調了要一個安靜、隔音的地方，第二天一早就要考試。沒想到房間不是一般的不安靜，是非常不隔音，安排的房間在電梯口旁邊，凌晨一兩點鐘進進出出還是很多人，嬉笑打鬧、聊天、開門關門、時不時傳來外賣員手機傳來的“您有一個新的訂單”、隔壁房間上下樓梯鞋子的聲音……真的非常折磨，最後不得已把空調開到最大風力，讓空調聲蓋一下才在兩三點的時候睡着，結果當然是影響了第二天的精神。建議如果有睡眠質量要求的慎重慎重再慎重考慮…

The room was fine. However it less appealing than the official picture. It’s clean and I like the kitchen area even though I didn’t use it at all. Location is right in centre, feel safe there the house keeping done very good job.

The place is really close to the train station. Bellow the place have a lot of restaurant and mini market. It is within walking distance to electronic mall. The room itself quite clean, on each room also have washing machine and they provide you with washing detergent as well.
