Hotel difficile da trovare uscendo dalla frontiera di HK, poiché ubicato dall'altra parte della stazione (bisogna salire 90 gradini di passaggio, e scenderne altri 90, oppure scendere nel sottopasso che ho messo in foto 2), comunque albergo ottimo, arredamento un po' datato ma pulitissimo e confortevole: letto molto comodo, cuscini strepitosi, finestra con vista che si oscura perfettamente; peccato che delle 3 lampadine ne funzioni solo una vicino alla finestra, quindi ho dovuto leggere con la luce del mio telefono; le lampadine fulminate sono ancora quelle a basso consumo di 20 anni fa, superate ormai dalle led, questo dikostra una certa trascuratezza che è un vero peccato.

This is the third time I stayed here. I wanted to write another review because I believe I made a mistake by reviewing the wrong hotel and submitted the wrong hotel photos last time and I felt bad about giving a bad review that was meant for the other hotel. This hotel here, Best Western Felicity in Luohu, is an excellent hotel. I love booking rooms here and it is very convenient with a beautiful view of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The staff was friendly and speaks good English. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Great location, right by the Shenzhen railway station and the Hong Kong border so it’s perfect for those travelling. Food at the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was superb, and the breakfast buffet was also good despite the cereal being stale, which was a shame. Other than that everything was satisfactory 👍🏻

Great Comfortable relaxing stay yet again. Beds are great, for a full night's sleep. Realized it would be a great wedding venue, as has a full conference facility. Others already do.... Drive there in your EV or get the metro, taxi, bus, chauffeur, or Didi. HK is just over the border and there is always a great view form the windows. Watch for the hawks circling the small thicket on the river side of the buildlng.

As an American I booked this hotel assuming it would live up to the Best Western name that I am used to in the States. This hotel has been neglected for years. First room I was assigned, door wouldn’t open. Went back down and was assigned a different room (tenth floor, 1015). Lock wouldn’t latch, leaking sink that had been “repaired” using electrical tape, night stand was from the 1970s and none of the built in knobs worked (but it was still plugged in with frayed wires in the back). Overall dingy and not well maintained. Not exactly “dirty” just not what you would expect from a Best Western (granted they aren’t 5 star hotels but this hotel is unquestionably on the very bottom of their standards list). Wouldn’t consider staying here again. Pros: Staff were great and spoke English well. Laundry service was not expensive and returned in under 24 hours. Bedding and towels were brilliantly white, fresh, new and high quality.

Place is old and needs major upgrade. Hotel is way over priced and should be maxed 2 stars. I will never stay here again.

Location is alright, near Law Wu station, only 10 minutes walk, hotel is kind of old style. Breakfast buffet is alright.

Best Western Felicity hotel situated near to Luohu station. Very hotel like environment. Many foreign diplomats has visited this hotel. Will stay again for easier access to everything

Pool and Gym open. Breakfast is really good. The English of the front desk is so so.

Easy, user friendly, very good breakfast & very convenient just 5 mkns from the border to Hong Kong.

We stayed there a couple of times where it was convenient to the train stations. Also tour meet ups were stationed there making it very accessible in lieu of that it was an Easy travel to catch the train to Hong Kong and back.

I am super happy with this hotel. We arrived in Shenzhen quite early before the check-in time. At first, we planned to keep our luggage only but we were lucky that they allowed us to check-in. Their staff is very helpful thanks to Benson who showed us the way to Hong Kong. It's very near to the Hong Kong check point so you can walk to the check point and explore HK by using MTR Lo Wu. Next day we keep the luggage here before we going to the airport. The hotel is a bit old but we love it.

I have used this hotel for some years as this is just next to Hong Kong. After customs it is 5 minutes walk. This is so called 5 star, and hardware is acceptable. Price is less then half of other 5 stars in the region! But the bottles of water supplied can hardly be opened! I have two times hurt my hands trying to open the poor quality plastic bottle. At the end i have to call housekeeping getting a strong woman to open my plastic bottles for me! I complained again and again, but nothing happens. Sometime i still stay in this hotel. Firstly it is very cheap, and massage girls of the hotel are good, and can even come to your room for good services. So after massage i can just sleep, and this is the best part
