It was such a lovely visit to the langham. I’ve been multiple times and this time was even better! We had the family room which was perfect for our 2 year old.
What always blows us away is the excellent service. Jenny in the club lounge helped us to get a personal item from the other side of town, and Fede was so kind to let us know when it had arrived.
The manager of the club lounge was lovely and helped us to get milk for our daughter too.
The club lounge is incredible with different foods throughout the day and a very relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night in the suite and we spent a good time there, the atmosphere was incredible with woody decoration. One thing that made me upset it’s they forgot to refund my deposit , i called them and they said “sorry we forgot it !” how could it have happened? Should be automatically refund it.

It was the loveliest hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. The room was beautiful. I loved the pools and spa area and the breakfast was amazing. I will be maing future trips to Shenzhen just to stay here! All the staff were lovely too! ❤️😊
