Innogo Hotel

入住的時候才知道榻榻米房全部都是頭尾房，進到房間被廁所嚇到，400塊一晚的酒店，淋浴和馬桶同一個隔間（沒分開），床旁邊的縫還很髒，天花板的燈還用膠帶貼著，感覺整個超級不行。 走過走廊看到豪華大床間（馬桶跟淋浴是分開2個隔間），跟榻榻米房比，簡直一個天一個地，問了一下才知道只差10塊錢，在我說不要頭尾房的時候早該問我要不要升級了吧。原本10元可以搞定的問題，最後變成付100元（他們所謂的清潔費），有夠坑人。如果520元的錢，比它好的酒店比比皆是，百分之一百不會再來。 還有豪華大床間的浴衣穿上去一陣子還會皮膚痒起粒（應該不是髒就是洗衣的化學劑很重），嚇的我馬上脫下來。

特別差的一次旅行體驗，不值得推薦，首先，我打電話問前台要東西，回覆我讓自己去前台去，其次，酒店內提供的充電數據線需要掃碼使用，不知道是否要收費，弄這麼麻煩幹嘛？蒐集客户訊息？再次，半夜一點多已經睡著了，被一個巨大的聲音吵醒，打電話問前台，説是抽水管的聲音，要持續20分鐘，説可以給我換房間，為什麼知道有這種事，不提前安排一個沒噪音的房子，然後讓我大半夜換房間？？最後，隔音效果超級差，3點多被一個叫×聲音給吵醒，然後一個小時後又被叫聲吵醒，我就不理解了，哪來的那麼多好評，而且，房間基本上都沒有窗户，是刷出來的嘛？？？

The best hotel I stayed in China for 14 years, and I travel a lot. Even the hotels which are 1.5-3 times more expensive aren't that good. Impeccable clean. Perfect service (well, there is one receptionist was too slow and didn't speak English, but the lady at the reception desk is the best!) All necessary things. The mattress is just perfect. 2 minutes from the train station, just cross the road. Good, clean washers and dryers. Absolutely fresh. No stinky cigarettes smell like it's usually in the hotels here. Idk how's the breakfast (well, can't be better than 5* hotels for sure), not even sure if they have one, I left 6am. This hotel has a separate, clean elevator, which is very much aside from all the elevators, in the corner near a plant. A lot of restaurants nearby including foreign cuisine, didn't find an Italian, went to Indian (less than 10 minutes), was good. Beware, there are some other hotels at the central building, and their employees chase customers at the building entrance, trying to show them absolutely old, dirty and stinky rooms for RMB 300.

Nice and clean room. Has good room amenities too. Location is very convenient as it is just beside Shenzhen railway station. The hotel staff 小熊 is very friendly and helpful too!

Had a good stay with my wife and daughter using a family room Had adjoining rooms which was very convenient Service from check in to check out was smooth and efficient Plenty of shops nearby for breakfast and even had a foot massage nearby Walking distance to many mall My second stay at INNOGO and will definitely come back again

Hotel entrance belongs to an old building. But when you reach the reception as well as the room, it’s a lot more modern. Room was nice and modern and really love IQiyi where there a free movies to watch especially the newer ones. Worth the stay just to watch movies as the tv only has local channels. Location was really good near the Lo Wu train and mtr stations. Very close to shopping malls. Breakfast was only a choice of set breakfast with two Chinese and two western type choices. But was sufficient for me. For the price, it’s definitely worth the stay.

Very convenience, just few minutes walking distance to ShenZhen Railway Station.

It is convenient and near to station. Xiao Xiong is very nice and good to help.

Probably the air of SZ is always that dusty, it does affect the general view of the hotel. The location however is great, only 5 min walk from the train station. Good for business and cross border work. There are some restaurants nearby. This noodle shop fits the needs.
