Molto bene, sarebbe ancora meglio se la TV potesse essere aggiunta allo schermo di proiezione in futuro.
L'igiene dell'hotel è buona e la sorellina alla reception è piuttosto premurosa. L'hotel è adatto a persone che non hanno requisiti elevati per il servizio ed è relativamente rilassato

Hidden away on a back street, amongst car garages. No clear signage on how to get to the hotel from the entrance. Couldn’t access the hotel with the codes in confirmation email. Left fumbling outside to get a number to call.
Check-in took forever as the guy had issues with logging a foreigner passport in.
Booked 2 rooms for my parents & myself, my room had no water, no kettle, nor lights that worked in the bathroom. The ‘tech’ didn’t work.
Bed was comfy and sheets clean but the rest of the room’s cleanliness was questionable from what could be seen in the dim lighting.

酒店設在5樓，一進1樓沒有標識，不注意根本找不到；到前台，就是簡易的一張桌子和電腦；前台是位老大哥，弄了好久才弄好；
一進房間，優點：空間大，仔細一看，哪哪都是問題，電視機一條邊壞了，門框少了一了一條，洗手間的防水條也落了，放在牆角；到處是灰塵，感覺空氣都是灰；洗手枱的燈也壞了，衹有條燈；很黑；我和老大哥反映這些問題，他説這些壞的東西他知道，什麼都沒事😐；説第二天給我換房，這是我住的服務最差的酒店；第二天我立馬退了房；重新訂了新酒店。

很喜歡的一家店，位於沙頭角地鐵站附近出行特別方便，離中英街也就幾百米，溜溜達達就走過去了，特別是酒店，非常喜歡，房間很大，還有辦公桌，特別温馨，布草也特別新，花灑冷熱適宜，特別是前台的服務人員，特別熱情，很喜歡這裏，下次來這邊還住這裏，哈哈哈

這邊除了全房小強之外，無人酒店的小機械人服務竟是壞了！嚇死我的寶寶！酒店房的按鈕服務也是壞了！！🤪
還好出外到前台還可找到人🙏🏻否則天地無援🤪
結果住了一晚後翌日即退房，要訂過另一間酒店！！！勞民傷財了！🤨
尚算負責任, 容許提早退房退錢.
最後想提提, **用品自動售賣櫃格[附圖]擺放於房間當眼處.....貴酒店的定位是否......已自貶低了格調!!!

房間衞生做得很不錯，設備智能化很高，用酒店提供開門密碼進入房間，窗簾自動開啟，氛圍燈隨着需求自動調節。服務很到位，不敷衍。房間住的很安心。值得再次入住。

辦理入住很流暢，窗户很大，視野開闊，陽光充足。設備很貼心:乳膠床墊，枕頭帶來好的睡眠享受。走廊的地毯踩起來軟軟的，很舒服。下次來還選擇這家酒店。

房間非常乾淨，設備不錯。無需房卡，通過酒店提供的密碼可方便出入房門。服務周到，床品舒適，很不錯的體驗。有機會的話會再次入住。
