Room was big, breakfast delicious and the lounge room comfy. Staff was friendly, greeting with a smile every day. The hotel is in front of metro station, so you won’t lose time commuting. Hotel is located near shops and grocery stores. There’s also a pharmacy which was useful to buy medicines in my stay.

The room is excellent. Thanks to Jossce and Hymie at the reception for arranging the room upgrade. The room is tidy and clean, with a spacious view and an elegant layout. The seven-star hotel is also well-located and very convenient, with some large supermarkets and malls within walking distance. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent, particularly for its superb location in the heart of Shenzhen's CBD. It's very convenient for transportation and accessibility. The surrounding area is bustling with large supermarkets and shopping districts. The rooms are spacious with comfortable layouts and well-equipped facilities. Amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool are available. The service is also extremely attentive and warm, especially from Miss Jossce, a staff member who arranged a birthday room setup for us, gifted us a cake, and provided a late checkout. The service was very considerate and meticulous. Highly recommended.

The experience of this stay was truly fantastic! Firstly, the hotel's facilities and equipment were very complete and modern. The room was excellent, and I would like to thank Miss Jossce for arranging the room upgrade to a suite and decorating it for my birthday. The hotel staff were also very warm and welcoming. They even provided a birthday cake when they learned it was my birthday. Moreover, the hotel's location is superior with convenient transportation options, and the surrounding business district is bustling. It's very convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. This is not my first stay, and I am once again very satisfied with this visit. This time, it was my daughter's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a birthday cake. Additionally, I would like to express my special gratitude to Miss Jossce for her considerate and professional service. She arranged a room upgrade for us ahead of time and ensured that our rooms were on the same floor as requested. She also went the extra mile to decorate the room for my daughter's birthday and gifted her some birthday presents, which made her very happy. When we were unable to return to the hotel on time due to our outings, Miss Jossce kindly helped us with a late check-out request. The service was truly impeccable, and the other hotel staff were also very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions and proactively assist.
