A Wonderful Stay! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The property is incredibly clean, and the views from the rooms are nothing short of breathtaking. The rooms themselves are very quiet, which made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The facilities in the room were top-notch, with everything I could possibly need to feel comfortable and at home. A lovely touch was the welcome fruit/food and the farewell gift, which added a personal and thoughtful touch to the experience. While there was a language barrier, the staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. Their kindness and willingness to help really made the difference and enhanced the overall experience. The night dessert and breakfast were delicious – a real highlight of the day! That said, breakfast does remain the same each day, so if you’re staying for an extended period, you might want to explore the many nearby places for a change of pace. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and fantastic location!

We recently enjoyed a two-night stay at this amazing hotel, to celebrate my birthday and it was truly exceptional! The outstanding service and warm hospitality from the staff made me feel like a valued guest. I loved the little extras included in the price such as the afternoon tea set, the daily dessert soups and breakfast. The complimentary shuttle bus service was also a great convenience to get around. My room was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and featuring a private pool with breathtaking views. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the beach and the ancient city, whilst still being a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway!

5 Stars – A Perfect Honeymoon Stay! We recently stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean, which made each morning and evening feel extra special. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each day — a great way to start the day. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent, but a special thank you goes to the receptionist, Ashan. She went above and beyond to make our time here comfortable and memorable, and we’re so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenzhen.
