The room is comfortable and very clean and calm.
Perfect to rest and have a break from the city center. I slept well.
But the hotel is located far from all the activities in Shenzhen. There is a mall near the hotel, perfect for food. Nothing to do around.
Also there is a laundry in the room, very convenient but there is not a dryer so you have to stay at least 2 days to make your clothes dry.

這是住過多次同一楝大廈最好的公寓式酒店；2024開業；房間及洗手間乾淨衞生；床舖也很好；床墊很舒服軟硬適中；睡眠質素也提高😉唯獨美中不足電視比較細😅不過我的房間有一張好舒適黑色長沙发；原來是可以當床瞓😉很特別；兩人房間可以容納三個人；整體有4.8分🥰另外公寓位置很好距離茜坑地鐵站大約8-10分鐘；沿途有商埸及美食；真是十分方便吃渴玩樂；下次來依然選擇雲朵😊😊令這次旅程很滿意！最後要給前台美女稱讚👍服務態度也好又幫我加被枕因我弄濕左🥰

酒店地點有點遠,但隔離就有一個商場,生活配套齊全,因為酒店房門係要使用拍卡進入房間,我哋搞咗好耐都拍唔到張咭入唔到去,要微信下面前台的小姐幫忙，最後差不多用了半小時才入到房間，但是入到房間發現房間內有少少問題，前台小姐幫忙我們轉房，轉了另一間房之後大致上ok，除了電視遙控器比較難控制及椅子凳腳有問題，請酒店多加注意以上問題。

很好很方便的一家公寓，有洗衣機小冰箱電磁爐等等設備，另外有梳化茶儿及煮茶的器具。
從茜坑地鐵站B出口出來就是天虹商場，場內提供很多的餐飲選擇。穿過商場後很快就到了公寓，前台辦理入住及退房也很快捷。

非常喜歡這裏!房間佈置簡潔大方，舒適度也很高。位置非常便利，步行一兩百米就可到達地鐵站，周邊生活設施也很方便。尤其是酒店小管家非常熱情，及時的解決了我們的問題

公寓式洒店，非常新淨，乾淨、整潔，榻榻米比較硬，樓下辦理入住小姐姐態度非常，👍👍👍價格勝價比高👍離茜坑地鐵站8-10分鐘左右，肆市、商場非常方便

酒店位置離地鐵不遠，周圍有吃的，商鋪，便利店，商場，房間乾淨整潔，服務也很好。

设施：房間有分體冷氣機，洗衣機，冰箱，電視機，乾濕分離浴室等。
卫生：動間潔淨衛生。
环境：由茜坑站步行約12分鐘就到，沿路街道平坦，我們房間在19樓，位置開楊。
服务：前台服務超讚，我們房間電視壞了，大約10分鐘後前台服務小姐和一位大哥哥做給我們更換了一部新的電視機，有什麼房間問題微信服務台都是第一時間回覆，我給這酒店95評分。
