There are many choices of restaurants in the neighborhood, attentive service, foot massage machines in the rooms for 20 minutes free of charge, as well as air purifying several and heating units.

Was a nice place, clean with excellent staff. Would recommend.

The hotel is centrally located, near to all the food joints. A train station is beside the hotel, very convenient.

Buffet breakfast is worth the money with sufficient quantity of different hot and cold foods. salad bar with different sauces will meet everyone's requirement. taste is satisfactory

everything are good except aircond temperature is fixed at 22℃ and not adjustable. found it A bit too cold.

Very good location, situated directly above the Shenzhen metro. Walking distance to many restaurants that offer various Chinese cuisine. Breakfast was quite disappointing tho, but who needs hotel breakfast when you are surrounded by so many food options!!! For those who is willing to walk slightly further, it's maybe about 5-10mins walk to DongMen, Shenzhen's famous shopping belt/street.

I stay at Lido because everytime I am in Shenzhen. There is only one small incident that should be corrected. My hotel voucher clearly stated a certain price for breakfast but when I paid at the restaurant I was charged more. When I approached the reception they told me I should inform them at the reception before going for breakfast. What an inconvenience!

the toilet curtains are outside, the inside can't be adjusted. the toilet door is basically locked. the facilities in the room are relatively old, the lights are few, and the front desk service is not bad, but will make others jump the queue.

Everything about this place is super nice .
