I booked the room with the sea view, at least on my booking it was shown that I will be able to see all the view, however in the reality it wasn't, I saw just a small part of it (attach photo) and I paid even more than my friends who had rooms with a view. I talked with stuff, however they couldn't solve my problem as it was holiday and hotel was fully booked, they even didn't offer me discount or something which left very bad impression.

Room is very clean and spacious. Love the rooms with tea appreciation setting. Reception has been very helpful and friendly to us. Our requests are all fulfilled promptly. Enjoyed the stay!

最近心情down down的，從家裡公交🚌大巴很遠來到了阿卡那拉 也剛好是錯峯出行～沒有什麼人 附近的娛樂設施等等都應有盡有 這片海是我第一次來 我見過很多海 這個給我的感覺太棒了 入住的酒店是地理位置最好的，一下車就驚艷到了～為了拍照也選擇了一個大窗邊 環境很好 也很安靜 早餐也特別nice 所有的工作人員都特別温柔細緻 很專業 體驗感超五星級酒店 還有很多羹湯 紅茶 退住還有伴手禮～細節滿滿了 最後獻上在店裡拍的片吧～超出片的

個人就很喜歡這種小眾沙灘 特意在這個人少的時間來 這個酒店非常的不錯 之前去過其他沙灘 那個酒店糟糕透了 這次特意來現場看了環境 非常的不錯 服務人員也很有耐心 特別表揚一一下 安娜和瑤瑤 帶我看了很多間房 價格低的到高的都看了 看了兩棟樓的房間 直到我滿意為止 真的很奈斯 本來想住多一天的 第二天天氣不是很美麗 時間不夠 不然真的想多住幾天 安娜姐姐帶我看的海景房很滿意 左邊看沙灘 右邊看海270度無死角 還有水果盤 冰箱飲料 下午茶 總之説不完 下次還還回來的地方

環境：離鵝公灣開車才15分鐘，很好找，地庫停車然後上電梯直達酒店，很方便，大廳乾淨整潔，餐廳自助餐好吃！而且服務員態度非常好， 設施：房間乾淨整潔，應有盡有，睡得很舒服。不吵。 衞生：不錯！ 服務：前台小陳服務很好，還送我們咖啡，因為趕時間離開所以沒有去享用，但是自助餐真的好好吃！下次有機會帶家人還來這裏住！
